Nigel Jemson last night confirmed that he was no longer manager of Ilkeston Town.

They intend to unveil their new manager, as well as introduce millionaire businessman Chek Whyte, who took over the club last Wednesday.

Jemson's successor is rumoured to be David Holdsworth, former director of youth development at Scottish Premier League club Gretna.

He is the twin brother of former Derby County assistant boss Dean Holdsworth.

Meanwhile, the club's director of football, David Morgan, has resigned his position.

He has been replaced by Jim Cheetham, who has worked as a scout for Notts County.

It is yet to be determined if Morgan will remain at the club.
