Anyone fancy a bit of extra trainin Saturday morning?
I know a few are away with Ilson,but if anyone feels they need a little extra help with fitness or whatever as i obviously do after monday (8 weeks out ain't done me no favours at all!!!)then feel free to join us!
Let's get a few down there it's only for our benefit boys,shall we say 10:00.
