what members day soz but i'm lost? i'll prob not go as my step-grandad is dying in hospitial so i have 2 go up there every day.

Members day is a day for members of the arsenal membership (gold, silver and red) to watch the team train at emirates. 20,000 members are allowed in and it was done by a ballot to decide who goes from people who had renewed their membership by may 20th

well it's because there are so many silver members and not enough tickets that they had to have the red members scheme so that people who were silver (or the old trs) wouldn't get annoyed that they suddenly can't get tickets. I know that the club has said more tickets will go on sale to red members this season so keep a look out.

Junior gunners are automatically silver so that arsenal will always have a young following but make sure that when you turn 16 you go onto the Cannon club (arsenal don't always tell you this) this is only open to former junior gunners and works in the same way for 16-18 year old (you don't get a memebrship pack but you get a christmas card) if you don't do this you'll have to become a red member but if you do it means when your 18 you will automatically become a silver (again you have to inform the club)...

oh yeah and your question :) i haven't had by card it said gold members should get theres by this friday (i doubt it tho) i'll let you know also my nephew hasn't had his junior gunner card yet so when his comes i'll let you know.

price of junior gunner ticket has only gone up 5 pounds in 10 years (i found some old tickets of mine) but adult family enclosure tickets have gone up almost 20 pounds!!!

i've also just noticed that it said on the members bit you'll get you card on June 25th....but thats a sunday :blink:

update.mine and my dads season tickets arrived today in a quite snazzy leather case so other cards are probably on there way

word of warning...the rather snazzy leather wallet isn't that snazzy afterall i can't get my membership card out of it now i've put it in..its stuck :blink: also these cards are for ever and not changed every year so ooops

my nephws junior gunner card arrived today and so did my sisters silver.my bros silver didn't (he won't be happy)

i'm very excited just over 2 weeks to go......although apparently they still havn't got the safety certificate yet and have to do another vote which is why it still says provisional date.



My two and a 1/2 year old nephew also got an invite so is coming wih me and my dad (that could be intersting)

omg i swear i nearly hyperventilated when i got the email haha. But i'm a bit worried cos i still haven't got my card yet, and neither have my mum and dad, and don't u need it to get in? We ordered them ages ago in May *panics*

don't panic yet..you do need the cards to get in but i think they are all sending them at the mo in batches.....as i got mine a week ago but a firend got there gold yesterday. They have got about 100,000 to send out as long as you have an email confirming membership or as i don't a credit card statement or bank statement confirming payment you will be ok. If they havn't come by Thursday then you may want to phone the membership helpline they were very helpful when i phoned a few weeks back although i'll warn you that it did take quite a while to get through as so many people were phoning

ahhh cool, i sent them an email but dunno if they'll reply or not lol. I was well shocked when i got the members day email hehe, i thought they'd already chosen ppl lol. Gives me a good post exam celebration! :D :beer:

mine was from the first batch of members day emails so probably sending them out slowly. have you got your email confrimation that you sent when you accepted the invitation...if so no problemo. It will beon its way.

yup got that, i think i was probs on of the last to get the invite, so i'll probs be the last to get the info. Hmmm hope i get my membership card soon. If not i'll just use my dads since he can't make it (gutted!) :arsenal:
