I just wanned to get 2 know some ppl here and was curious 2 see where every1 was from, (Because it seems like there's a lot of different nationalities of ppl here!)....And, why do u love Iker sooo much!!!????

I can see that he is a committed player and respectable person who puts in the effort for his team...He is AWESOME :D :rock: :worship: (not to mention EXTREMELY talened!!! :worship: :first: :yippy:) And I know he'll continue working hard!!!!! I have been an Iker fan since i first saw him make his debut for Real Madrid at the age of 17, i like him for the obvious fact that he is a world class goalkeeper, the facty that he is a hard worker and a loyal Madridista makes me a proud supporter of Iker.

Im a little 15 year old english girl..... and i love iker because he is talented and extremely good looking (and im not ashamed to say i like him for his looks, he is really sexy, even diwash thinks so :P )

but mostly i like him for his talent. i know what makes a good goalkeeper and iker is the best ive seen. i can safely argue that he has almost completely mastered the art of goalkeeping, he is young, and people arnt afraid to critisise him unlike people are with buffon, who is starting to rely on reputation, which will be his downfall

i will still be supporting iker thoughout his career. and luv hims to bits :wub:

I like Iker because he is really good player. I think that he is the best player in his profession. I have never seen better goalkeeper! Some people says that Buffon plays better but i don't think so. Iker is the best!!!!!! Oh.... and he is really good-looking :-)

a) have a romanian goalie-kink (read: LOBONT-kink like whoa!)
b) I looooooove the language =D And trying to learn it as well
c) Cristi Chivu is considered one of my heroes

well we speak english arabic and french. Most people over here speak french and arabic though.

Although I donno much about Romania, I have a couple of friends from there and they say it's a really cool place (I've seen pics, pretty country!), and i lived in Germany for about 6 years (when I was 2-8 yrs old...)Because I had to escape the war in Bosnia... I used to speak the language fluently, but I forgot it cuz I've been in Canada soo long now... I have a TOTAL FETISH for French!!!! :P I think it's da most beautiful language ever!!!! (been trying to learn it in school for 2 yrs now :D ) And I love love love Spanish as well~although I donno anything...Some1 teach me!!! :lol: It's a beautiful language!!! N as U guys R discussing beauty of nations like Romani, Germany, n all, n I believe most of U mite hav been to US or may be know much bout it, but 1 country U might not know enuff bout is India, it offers a unique culture, unique atmosphere n so much of beauty in forms of historical structures n all tht I bet U will love each n everythng.

I live in India but i havent been to Taj Mahal yet, i will go to Agra someday.

I am from New Zealand (Middle Earth) and I like Iker because I play goalkeeper and I like all the great 'keepers around the world and watch them play to see how they do things. Iker's main strengths are his youth and agility and his fantastic reactions, although I don't believe he is as technically as good as Buffon.

Oh yeah, and I am 16.

anyway i too play as a goalie for my skool's football team. however, i need to ask you guys something: do you get really bad bruises on your knees?
because i do and it hurts a lot. i'm not nagging in front of my parents since they already hate the idea that i'm on the soccer team.
so, i think that Iker and Buffon are the best 2 goalkeepers, but i think that eventhough Buffon is more experienced, Casillas has more promising talents (despite the fact that Iker considers Gianluigi as his idol)

And no, I don't get bruises on my knees particularly. Are you playing on really hard grounds? It could possibly also be poor technique, because you shouldn't really be landing on your knees most of the time...I don't know why that would be happening though.
