History: Robert Orodalf was born in the middle of England, in a village known as Godrics Hollow, to a well respected half blood family. And they all had a history of Gryffindor. So they weren't surprised when, during his school years, he was also sorted into Gryffindor. Robert has one sister called Mariana. His Mother was an employee for the Ministry of Magic. She worked in the improper use of magic office. Until one day she finally died of an unknown poison that was slipped into her coffee. Roberts father also worked for the Ministry, but as an Auror who was a new member as he was finally pursuing his childhood dream. Although he was tragically murdered by a dark wizard he was pursuing. This left Robert and Mariana without a family, so they went to Roberts friends, where he was raised until he was 17.
At age eleven Robert got his letter of acceptance to Hogwarts. There he excelled in the classes of Defense against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration and, his favorite, Potions. Whilst attending Hogwarts, Peter met the girl of his dreams, Cynthia Omorphia a muggle born girl. At the age of Twenty-six he and Cynthia got engaged and were to be married later that year; however, Cynthia was taken by the Ministry for being muggle born during the reign of the dark lord. Due to ministry mismanagement during the time, and all the chaos that resulted from the rule of the dark lord, Cynthia was lost. Her whereabouts and welfare remain unknown.

Then, fifty one years later at the age of seventy six, Robert returned to The Ministry to pursue his second greatest love in life, the Office Of Minister for Magic and An Auror.

More towards the present day, Robert is happily living in his own house in Godrics Hollow. His sister is seventy one and is a medi witch at St Mungos hospital. They are all living very happy normal lives.


Personality: Robert is the kind of person who always sees the better side of a problem. He is always trying to have fun. Nothing ever puts him down. He is a calm and gentle character but can become very angry and fearless when needed.He will always try to make jokes and be generous and thoughtful to those around him. He also has a humorous side. This humor is sometimes considered inappropriate by some of his other friends, such as Joshua Gleese, who is serious at all times. But, Robert will use his sense of humour to include people and make them feel more comfortable in his presence. Robert, like many other light hearted wizards, considers love to be a most important personality trait. He also has a great amount of trust in each and every person, unless he can prove otherwise. He also sees both the good and bad inside people, and can choose how to act with them. He is a great believer in friendships as well, he believes this to be the core of a persons personality. He lastly is ever so slightly eccentric, not that is is noticed much though. But he is tough, brave and powerful when needed.

Sample Post: The day was nothing spectacular to say the least. Just the same old rubbish on a different day. To say the least Robert was feeling that his words were falling of deaf ears most of the time. He had wanted to have the Ministry beefed up by now, but because of other people dragging there feet and the way everything had to be voted on , nothing had been accomplished. So far in Roberts eyes the Ministry was nothing more than a sitting duck. Even though the school had been taken over and the whole of England seemed to be in disorder and chaos , the powers that be had done nothing to change a thing. Robert had come into office for no other reason than they needed someone to fill the spot. They needed to appease the people with a face. Someone with a good reputation of getting things done, but so far Robert wasn’t able to get a damn thing accomplished, and it truly wasn’t his fault. Why did these people have to make something simple hard. The Ministry needed help , and yet they wouldn’t allow it.

Feeling as if he was powerless, Robert sat at his desk and poured over the many parchments that people thought were more important that the threat of The Army of Death Eaters. How was toilet paper more important? Yes toilet paper. He was reading over a proposal on changing the make and supplier of something that no body cared about. Getting disgusted with it, Robert tossed the proposal in the small garbage receptacle next to his desk. The people could live with what they had. It was infuriating to ay the least. It was almost as if Robert was set up to fail. And a large part of Robert was beginning to think there were people with in the Ministry that were against it. Was it paranoia, he didn’t know, but it made sense.

Ok, so I read through that and everything looks completely in order. I've decided you seem good enough to trust with the Minister position. Just some finer points about the story. Basically take everything from Deathly Hallows and disregard it, seeing as we started this board LONG before that was released. Our world is very different. I'll try and find you a plot guide, because it's pretty intricate. Keep on eye on this thread for the next half an hour, I'll add another post in with some stuff I think is relevant for you to know.
