History: Colin was born and raised in Fulham. He wasn't very close with his parents and didn't care about it one bit. he was always out and about, getitng in some trouble with much older kids who told him to do all sorts of things. Like stealing. He first got his letter for Hogwarts when he was eleven and was sorted into Slytherin. He was cunning and quite mean though. He grew up to be a little more understanding and nicer, rather he was forced to when he met Camille.
Colin met Camille in his seventh year at Hogwarts. It was on vacation to France, Camille attended Beauxbatons and was in her sixth year there. She was calm and soothing with others. Understanding, something Colin wasn't. He tried to be nicer and finally one Camille's heart.
After Hogwarts Colin was asked to be a Quidditch player for Grodzisk Goblins in Poland. he turned down the job as Keeper for the team to become an auror. Something he always wanted to do. Colin was married at 21 to Camille and had their first child when he was 22: Sherri Marie Phelps. Colin was becoming wrapped up in his job and rarely home, leaving Sherri alone while Camille was working o become an Auror
After their second child, Phillip Anthony was born, Colin and Camille went to a Wizard Dueling Tournament. Camille entered. She entered and was killed after twenty minutes. Accident? No one knows for sure. Colin changed after that, he became cold and mean, like he was before he met Camille. He was home even rarer now. Barely ever. Leaving Sherri on the streets and Phillip at home with a sitter if that.
Once Sherri went off to Hogwarts Colin figured he had to be home more for Phillip. But he never really came around to carrying that out. He's a respected Auror though and does good work, but he's rarely home. Leaving Phillip to the same path Sherri took: the streets, drugs, and just beign lonely.
Now Sherri is in her fifth year of schooling and Colin Phelps' cousin has been turned over to Azkaban. Why? he's a Death Eater. After this traumtic event, the ministry started looking into the Phelps family tree. All of the Phelps were Slytherins...
As previously mentioned, Colin works as an Auror. However, after the examination of his family line hes been given paid leave. Polite way to put it, as the minister had said.
Colin has moved back home to Fulham without Sherri's consent or knowing of. He visits Azkaban often for his cousin.
Colin Phelps is a Death Eater. And a very, very, dangerous man. He was encarcerated to Azkaban for a little over a year, but is out now and riding high. As one of voldemort's right hand men, he over sees Hogwarts enforcing the Death Eater laws

Sample Post:Colin rushed to the Ministry not even checking if Phillip was awake or even in the house still. He grabbed his breifcase and apparated to his destination on the ground floor. He bustled through the crowd of familiar faces, his expression cold and staring right ahead of him towards the check in desk. Colin gave his name absentmindly like he did every morning and took the lift to his floor. While in the elevator memos flew all around him. Damn papers! he thought angrily swapping them away from view and quickly walking out of the lift.
He walked down the busy halls and finally found his desk. He threw his briefcase on the center of his desk and plopped down into his chair. Colin was so tired, he hadn't gotten any sleep last night. He was thinking about his fight with Sherri. The never ending fights for the past few weeks. He put his elbows on his desk and his face in his hands. I can't deal with that kid anymore.... he thought. Colin took out some parchment as his quill. He fiercly dipped the quill into his ink bottle and started to right to her. He wasn't going to right a letter pleading her forgiveness, but rather a letter telling her off. I don't give a damn if it's not the 'fatherly' thing to do...
