It was around midnight of that day, when Hailey left Callum a message on his phone, telling him that she was sorry for leaving him that day at the park, and that she wanted to see him that night. He quickly left her a message telling her that she should come to the beach. He quickly changed to boardshorts and a plain white t-shirt just in case they could go swimming.

He jumped into car, and drove off to the beach. He left Kayla with his neighbor he could trust. His heart was racing pretty fast as he was driving, and that moment at the park playground kept playing in his mind. He was so nervous.

He parked near the shore line, even though his car was more street. He went out and stood there waiting for Hailey to come. He was too nervous.

So finally, she had realized it. She realized that she did have feelings for Callum too, she liked him. And today, after she left him a message, she would tell him exactly how she feels. The feelings that were buried in her heart, she had to dug it out and show it to him. She didn't know why, but this time she was ready. She had prepared everything, for the better to the worst. She dressed simply in white tank top, blue jeans and sneakers before she left to meet up with Callum. She strolled down to beach, hugging herself and looked at her feet. She was feeling so nervous, her heartbeats were fast and she was breathing rather heavily. She finally saw Callum there, and she couldn't help but smile lightly, then approached him. "Hey," she greeted nervously. "Did I disturb you?" she asked, she really hoped she didn't.

While Callum was waiting, he was thinking if he really did feel those feelings for her. He was thinking that if Hailey didn't like him, he'd probably just shut himself up just for the sake of their friendship. He stood their, hugging himself too. Then, he saw Hailey walking over, so he took his hug off and smiled and said, "Hey. Why you call me here?" he asked, as he smiled at her. His heart was still racing.

She liked him, it was just unexpected when all of sudden he told her that he liked her. In these past few days, Hailey had been thinking, and thinking. Thinking about herself and thinking about him, too. She just couldn't keep her mind off him, he always haunted her mind and it was torturing her. She hoped that tonight's decision, would be the best decision for them. Hailey rubbed her arms, slightly cold at the breeze brushing her skin. She snapped her head up, seeing him smiling at her and it just made her more guilty, for leaving him that day at park. She forced a grimly smile at him. "Well first of all, I would like to say that I'm very sorry that I left you ... that day at park. I just, couldn't think of anything, I was off guard, I didn't know what to say, I wasn't ready." her voice was soft, almost a whisper. "But now I'm ready, I'm here to tell you, what I really felt, my true feelings." she smiled, slowly reaching her hand up to brush her fingers againts his cheek. "I like you too, Callum. I really do." she told him, and suddenly she felt light, like every weights had been removed.

Callum was shocked with what she had to say. He was wondering about what he was going to say back to her, because if you were to measure his shock on a Richter scale, it would be at 8. He laughed lightly because he wanted to lighten the mood. He didn't want to look all pale in front of Hailey. Not now. He sighed of relief to what Hailey said was the truth, and then he replied. "Wow. You do like me right? It's not just something to tell me so that I don't feel bad. Don't worry. If you don't, I'd still be fine."

Hailey just stared at her feet, she was hella nervous of what his reaction would be. She just couldn't shake off the feelings, no she couldn't, the feelings between nervous, anxious - everything just mixed and she felt slight dizzy. She bit her bottom lip when he laughed it off and asked her the question. She felt slightly annoyed, but then she smiled softly at him. "I really do. I know I should've realize this earlier, but I really really do." she looked at him, right into his eyes. "Want me to prove it?" she asked, nearly a whisper And then she leaned, slowly to kiss his lips. She then gulped and began blushing hardly as she pulled away and waited for his reaction.

Callum pushed Hailey lightly on her chin, to bring her higher to his view. "Don't be nervous. It's just me." he said, he didn't want to feel uncomfortable because she felt uncomfortable. He looked at her, with a smile, together with his eyes. He continued to smile until she did confirm that she liked him. He was shock, that she wasn't just feeling this so that he wouldn't feel bad. He smiled, as she took the kiss, and went back, he laughed. "That all? Let me show you." he said, as he leaned to kiss her passionately.

Hailey's lips curled into a tight smile when he told her that she didn't have to be nervous. Well, it wasn't working ... though it did help a little now that she wasn't that nervous. She just simply stared into his eyes after she kissed him, and she wondered how his reaction would be. Her heartbeat were pumping faster again, until he began to say something - that she either didn't hear or didn't want to, then felt him leaning closer. She took it a bit in surprise, but as soon as his lips touched hers, she relaxed. Her hands moved itself around his neck and she stood slightly on her toes, closing her eyes and kissing him back. To be honest, it felt really wonderful. She wondered if her kiss was awkward, though, since she hadn't kissed someone in a long time. After she felt like it was enough, she broke it and looked at him. "Wow," was the only word that came out from her lips, along with soft chuckle.
