That day, Storm had woken up with a sudden wish to see David. Why? Because she had barely gotten back to Oakland and she hadn't seen him yet. Granted, she didn't see Lukas either, but there was still time. And she wished to know where the rest of the old gang was, but it wasn't like she was doing something special for that. Just the usual phone calls and begs for someone to come see her. The blonde was bored out of her freaking mind, so she needed to see people. But everyone seemed to ignore her lately.
Driving towards the gold course, she didn't know if they were going to actually golf or just pretend they could use golf clubs. It didn't really matter, since all she had wanted to do was hang out with him. Parking her car, she hopped off and took her phone out of her pocket, dialing David's number. "You better not be lateeeeeee." Storm whined into her phone, before leaning against her car and started to wait. Too bad she wasn't very patient, but for David she'd try.

David didn't hang around many people anymore, except Lukas. But, that's his boy so he has to hang around him. It sucked since David had three jobs to manage and didn't have time for anything else. Hell, he barely had time to even eat, and that's insane since he's just as much of a pig as Lukas. Now, he was down to just two jobs, thank god. He quit his bartending job and is just going to stick with being a geek and working at Adeline, since it pays more.
When he got the phone call from Storm, he couldn't help but to laugh. Golf? Yeah, he wasn't good at golf. Maybe basketball and of course baseball, but golf? Nah. He was good at Wii golf, though. Too bad that don't count. It didn't take long for him to get to the golf course. He parked right next to her, acting like he was going to hit her car, he's a good driver though, so he didn't! He honked the horn until he got out of the car, putting his keys in his pocket. "I'm never late" He grinned at her.

While she was waiting for David to come, Storm's eyes shifted from one car to the other, wondering why all of them looked so ugly. It wasn't an interesting subject to think about, but at least it kept her mind busy. And then, a car got into the parking lot and the blonde recognized it as David's, especially by the way he parked it right next to hers. "Do you want to get yourself killed?" She managed to ask before he started honking until he got out of the car.
Pretending to cover her ears, Storm laughed softly when he said he was never late. "Good, that way I'll call you again to hang out some other time, too." She just hated people being late and since she made an effort to show up at the right time, she at least expected people to do the same. Luckily, David was not late, because she was early. "I'm so gonna kick your ass at golf today." She told him and moved closer to him, poking his arm lightly.

"Do YOU want to get yourself killed?" David asked her, making the 'you' louder than the rest of his words. "Cause.. I can't kill you, sorry. No weapons on me today" he laughed, just because he said 'today'. Nah, David was a good innocent boy. "Yeah, but see.. you can call me, but I work so fucking much that I barely have time to spend doing stuff like this" He told her. "I was dealing with three damn jobs and I had to let one go. I couldn't do it." he explained. It sucked.
"Oh yeah?" He raised his eyebrows, "You wanna make a bet then, Miss. Here comes a Storm?" He asked, trying not to laugh. He poked her back once she poked him, "20 bucks says I'll beat you so bad" He betted as he moved his hand out for them to shake on it. He'd probably lose.

Storm raised an amused eyebrow when he asked the same thing as her, then started laughing at his next comment. "Oh David, I was counting on you to bring the weapons. Cause I don't have any either and how are we supposed to fight?" She asked, obviously joking since she was laughing and well, she didn't usually have guns with her, either. "You gotta loosen up, dude. Live the fucking life before it's gone." Sure, she could understand working, but everyone needed to taste life as well, not just work until they dropped dead.
The blonde looked at him and pursed her lips. Extending her hand, she shook it with his and smiled mischievously. "Miss. Here comes a Storm is going to kick your ass and you'll even owe her money. But since I'm such a good person, I'll forget that. Eventually." She told him, putting an accent on eventually. "Shall we?" Storm asked and peered off in the distance, looking at random stupid things.

"I'll throw a golf ball at your head and run you over with the golf cart" David nodded, but was kidding. "The last time I went golfing.. the golf cart was in the little pond area" He laughed, but was serious. That's the only thing amusing enough about golfing, otherwise, it's boring. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He knew what she was saying, but he couldn't help it. He had bills just like everyone else, but he wanted more money for other stuff than always going on bills.
He grinned at her, "Alright, we'll see" He nodded as he looked toward the place to get your golf clubs, golf balls and to rent the golf cart. "I'll pay you, that's not a problem" He told her as he started to walk to the building. He wasn't going to walk around, he needed a golf cart.

Her eyes widened as he said he was going to throw a ball at her head. "I'll stick that ball up your ass and we'll see who's more comfortable." Storm said and started laughing, since she was obviously joking. "Too bad you're not a skilled driver, otherwise I'd really be afraid of you running me over with the golf cart." The blonde went on, still fooling around, cause dude, David was her best friend.
"You're such a gentleman." She told him when he offered to pay. "And as much as this is going to surprise you, I'm letting you pay even though I invited you. I'm making sure you'll hang out with me some other time!" She said and poked her tongue out at him. Well, in fact Storm was a bit tired of always arguing over little things like these. "Except, you have two damn jobs, I should pay!" She said out loud and followed him towards the building, with the clear intention of actually paying.
