Kami got news from Cassie that they were going to be rooming together! She was excited, although a bit disappointed that liz was going to be rooming with her crush! She couldn't believe it! What luck. Anyways. Kami got her stuff together at home and started moving stuff in..She loved everything she had and so hoped that everyone she dormed with liked cats. She'd sure hate to have to leave Muffin at home with her brothers to torture!

Andie was naturally a cheerful person. She just seemed happy about every little thing there was to life, and such was the way of a super-optimistic person. Perhaps it got on the nerves of some people, but she figured life was better spent smiling and laughing than fretting and being angsty. So….the reason for her happiness on this particular afternoon, as if she needed a reason, was that she was finally getting to move into the dorms even if it was just for her senior year. It was something she’d always wanted to do, to get that space from her family and a perk was she’d be staying with her best friend Cassie. As if they didn’t see enough of each other already.

“Hey!” Andie greeted the first girl she saw upon entering the dorm room. Kami! They'd met a while ago during lunch. It seemed like Kami was already making herself at home. Andie had dropped her stuff by earlier and it was all sitting in boxes and bags by one of the beds. She liked to get a head start on things, but was now returning to finish the job. “This is going to be so cool!” She gave the girl a wide friendly smile. "Which bed do you want?"

"Hey Andie!" Remembering Andie from meeting her at lunch in the cafeteria one day last week. She was thankful that they were all staying in the same room. With her friend Cassie, who they all hung around alot and then Andie who she hoped to hang out with more. And then talking to Liz, seemed like she is rooming with her major crush!!! "So, anyways..um. I don't care really Andie! Any bed is fine with me!" She grinned over at her. "Hey, so, this is awesome huh!? We both get to room with Cassie!" I wonder who the other girl/guy is!?" She said to Andie looking over at her, still putting her clothes in the drawer. "Hey, do you like cats? I have a cat I'm bringing, I hope you don't mind!" She asked Andie curiously.

Cassie walked in, grunting and pulling luggage along the way. "Oh my God. So heavy," she whined, and slightly puffed because she was out of breath. Plopping her stuff down for a moment, Cassie walked around the dorm, and eventually found herself in the bedroom, where she saw two girls - more to the point, they were her roomies. "OH. MY. GOD!" Cassie looked at the two, and pratically squealed this, however there was a huge grin plastered on her face. "Andie Pandi!" Laughing at herself, Cassie remembered that she came up with this nickname for Andie when they were about five, and it had stuck. "And Kami!" With the living situation, Cassie was perfectly happy, infact, she was more than happy.

Running back into the hallway, she pulled her stuff through into the room as fast as she could, a new energy found in her - mainly excitement. "This is going to be awesome!" She began, whilst continuing to drag her things. "But maybe I should calm down, I guess." Pausing for a second, Cassie added, "Does anyone know who else we're rooming with?"

She ran up to Cassie giving her a big hug, "Hey! I'll help ya with something!! And no, I have no idea! wow, imagine being roomies!!!" She laughed and was to happy about the living arrangements. "Well, looks like we'll just have the coolest dorm ever! Although I'm a bit jelous of Liz's living arrangements!! She gets to room with Jason!!" She grinned at Cassie.
She wasn't going to be there for to long though, "Hey, I'll be back, I gotta meet Chelsea by the lake soon. I told her I'd be there shortly." She grinned at Cassie. "have fun you to. I promise I'll clean my side when I get back! I'll have my phone on me!" She waived at the two girls and went to go meet Chelsea. Since moving here she'd meet three of the best friends she could ever have. And Andie was slowly becoming another. She loved this school. It was the best choice her parents made yet! Suddenly without even realizing it, she remembered her birthday was coming up! In two days!! She'd tell her friends when she got back!! She was so busy, thats sad, when you totally forget your own birthday! Scarry, she'll be 19!

“I know, I’m totally excited,” replied Andie about being paired up with Cassie. She paused for a second. “Wait. You know Cassie, too? Cool. I don’t know who the other person is…” Andie shrugged. She hadn’t really thought about it, not after hearing Cassie was going to be there. She could already envision all the fun they’d have. It’d be like a permanent sleepover. Well, maybe she was getting a little carried away in her head, but Andie was just so stoked.

“Kami, I love cats. So, no problem.” Andie was an animal person. Completely.

"OH. MY. GOD! Andie Pandi!"

Andie whipped around, her mouth opening into a wide smile as she called back, dramatically, “Caaaaa-ssssieeee!” She didn’t do the whole rhyme thing. Instead she normally put random emphasis on the odd syllables in people’s name. It caught them off guard.

Andie ran towards Cassie, but then Cassie ran back out into the hallway. Andie stopped and once Cassie had come back in and Kami had hugged her, Andie tackled her with a hug as if she hadn’t seen her in years. “Breathe…just breathe!” she said after awhile when she could manage, and through her laughter. They could be so randomly hyper sometimes…

While Kami and Cassie talked about various people and pondered over whom their fourth roomie was going to be, Andie walked around the bedroom, trying to decide which bed would be hers. She picked one by a window and flopped down on the bed, lying on her back and staring at the other girls upside down. When Kami announced her leave, Andie waved. “See you later. We should have a dorm-warming party tonight, or whatever they call it.” Andie liked any excuse for a celebration.

Hearing her name being dragged out, Cassie tried not to burst out laughing as she continued to run around the dorm like a headless chicken. That was, until Andie tackled her with a hug, a big hug at that. "OK, I'm calm, all is well," she said, whilst hugging Andie back, trying to regain her self control. It was just like her to do something like that, afterall, Cassie did like her crazy moments.

And then, Kami attacked her with a hug, and Cassie burst out laughing all over again. "This is gonna be so much fun! Unless you all get fed up of my childish ways and strangle me whilst I sleep," she jested, releasing her grip on Kami. Hearing her say that she would tidy her side, Cassie grinned and pointed her finger at her, "Yes, yes you will young lady. Back by ten, and no boys!" Just before Kami left, Cassie turned 'motherly' again and shouted, "And you'd better have that phone!"

Turning around, it was just her and Andie. Andie and herself. What could they do? By the looks of things, Andie had picked her bed, and not wanting to feel left out, Cassie picked one by a wall, she hated sleeping near a window. It was just something that she disliked, and everyone disliked something, so really, Cassie was no exception. "Did I hear you mention party? Sounds good. That means supplies. Of all kinds. Good thing we have you here, I mean, you're always prepared Andie."
