First period was never fun. At all. Alyssa hated waking up early, and she hated having to trudge into a class she disliked. That was why she had skipped it... along with second and third. Finally, fourth period had arrived, one of her more decent classes- science. It was the middle of the school day so she was much more awake, and since she had left school and consumed many cans of energy drinks, she was pretty much up and ready to go. School was just such a drag when she was half asleep, so she figured she might as well get something to help with that.

Naturally, Alyssa made it to class on time. It was funny; she looked so innocent, walking in with the rest of the class with a smile on her face, but that wasn't the case at all really. Lyssa's dark hair cascaded down past her shoulders and even further until it was almost to her waist. Her bright blue eyes stood out against her black tank top, which was actually a dress on her petite body so rather than wearing jeans, she wore ripped tights and ballet flats. After the whole class was settled, the teacher told them to get into pairs of two. Rather than having some random weirdo come up to her, she snuck up behind Tim and cupped her hands over his eyes. "Mm, I choose you," she said, although her voice probably gave away who she was.

Exhausted didn't come CLOSE to describing how Tim felt after the game ( which was a win) Friday, and the practice half the day Saturday. Plus the party saturday night didn't help at all..... That only left him on day to recover...and needless to say.... it wasn't very effective.

Sitting up when the teacher told him to Pair into groups, he shrugged, and just as he was about to get up, felt two soft hands over his eyes, and a Sexy voice whisper in his ear. He automatically knew who it was, due to the voice, but decided to play it off. " Lots of girls choose me... but sorry, I think I'm rather fond of this girl named......" trailing off, he spun around, ducking under her arms and grabbing her by her waist. " ALYSSA" He finished with a grin.

Pulling out the seat beside him, he flashed her a quick wink before nodding toward the chair for her to sit. " so... how was YOUR weekend?" he asked while looking into her beautiful blue eyes.

An eyebrow raised at his words when he first started speaking, Alyssa wondered what he was about to say. Did he have a girlfriend? She tried to remember, but no name came to mind. After a moment, she heard her name coming from his mouth and it made her smile when he whipped around and held her by the waist slightly. "Hm, really? Damn, that's too bad for me. I hear she's rather fond of you as well," she said in a mock-disappointed tone, holding back a laugh.

Alyssa took the seat next to him, returning his wink with a smile and a wink of her own before hearing his question. "Pretty uneventful. I went to a club on Saturday, but other than that... Nothing really. What about you?" She ran a hand through her long dark hair before meeting eyes with Tim once again. He looked especially good that day for some reason; Alyssa had always found him attractive, but nothing had happened between them yet aside from A LOT of heavy flirting.

He giggled a bit when she pretended to be disappointed. " really..... hmm, maybe I should just go ahead and ask her out.... but I dunno.... I could just make her wait..." he teased as he took down a few notes from the board.

Dropping the pencil he looked at her while setting his hand down on the desk... or what he though was the desk. Seconds later, he realized his hand was on hers. Laughing a little he looked down at it and turned a light shade of pink. " yeah, sorry..." he began before looking back up at her. " ahh clubbing is always fun... I had a game... and Saturday night a couple of the guys and I drank.... nothing huge, but I'm still paying for it." he said with a grin, as he sat his hand down BESIDE hers this time.

" what are you doing after school today?" He proceeded to ask, blowing off the whole assignment for the time being.

Aw, he was so cute. Alyssa couldn't resist at all, she had to release a small laugh before facing him again. "Make her wait? That sounds like a plan. Then I get my chance with you first," she told him with a grin. "I just hope she doesn't get too jealous," Lyssa added, the playful grin still on her face. She tended to flirt with Tim a lot more than she did with other guys, but maybe that was normal? Who really knew with Alyssa? It was complicated.

Suddenly, she felt something on top of her hand, and she glanced at it to find that it was Tim's own hand. She could feel a slight blush coming to her cheeks as she turned to face him, smiling. "It's fine," she replied. Alyssa laughed at his story about the game and said, "That's what happens when you get too wasted." Of course she was only joking around, and that was obvious from the look on her face.

At his question, Alyssa thought for a moment. "I don't think I'm doing anything. Why?" Whatever they were supposed to be doing was the last thing on her mind at the moment, she was caught up in their conversation.

When she said she didn't have any plans, he smiled, and put his hand on hers again. This time, not blushing at all, " wanna go watch the new Halloween with me tonight?" he asked with a grin, as he looked into her eyes again. They eyes were supposed to be the 'Gateway to the soul' and with eyes like that, he could get lost in them forever.

Grinning his mind went back to the idea of asking her to be his girlfriend. He'd liked her for a while, since they'd started being friends... but he never said anything because of Kristen, now he was free to do as he pleased. A small smile spread across his face, as he leaned close to her ear. " hmm, this would really make her jealous I guess..... because I want you to be mine.... my girlfriend, I've liked you forever...." he whispered softly, before pulling back and watching her with a huge smile.

noticing the teacher watching him awkwardly, he began writing down notes as fast as he could. the smile never leaving his face.

It didn't surprise her all that much when his hand was placed on top of hers for the second time, only this time, neither of them blushed. Lyssa smiled at his question. They hadn't really been hanging out when he had a girlfriend and everything, but now that he was single, she was free to chill with him whenever and not have to worry about his girlfriend attacking her or something. "Sure, I'd love to," she said about the movie. "I might get scared though, so you're going to have to protect me," added Alyssa with an innocent smile.

Tim began speaking again, and her attention was fully focused on him. Hearing his whispers sent a shiver down her spine, and what he said made her feel way happier than she should have. After a moment, she nodded, looking up at him, her bright blue eyes meeting his. "Well, too bad for her then because I want you to be my boyfriend," she responded, her voice low so that only he could hear her. She flipped her hand over on the table so that rather than having his hand just on top of hers, their palms were facing one another and she laced their fingers together.

Also noticing the teacher's awkward looks, Alyssa couldn't help but keep right on grinning as she jotted down some random notes from the board, a weird sort of happiness flooding over her. She didn't know what made her say yes... But it was a good change for once.
