Julia was standing in her empty science classroom looking down into a microscope contently. Her entire class was currently sitting through an hour long lecture for college related topics but she had chosen not to attend the lecture. She already knew where she was going and since she loved science way more then a lecture about colleges she had decided to hang back in the classroom for the last hour of her school day.

Wesley was chosen to come along with the college people to talk about college stuff because he was one of the best in practically all his classes, plus he was allowed to volunteer for it and since he knew itd be at Julia's school, he opted to go. But now that he was there, he didn't actually have to do anything, he was supposed to be sitting in on the lecture, but he figured no one would miss him so he went wondering, trying to find Julia.

Julia moved away from her microscope a moment to write something down on her notebook before returning to it and pushing her glasses back down to get a better view. She sighed slightly having not talked to Wesley all day and getting that urge to call him. But she knew he was probably in the middle of one of his own classes so she with held herself from calling to talk to him. Besides...he'd call her when he was ready.

Wesley knew it was one of the science classes that was in the lecture currently, but he didnt see Julia as a part of the group, so either she was in another class completely, or she was hanging back. Still, he had to find her so he looked in just about every classroom window until he saw one nearly empty except for the one girl, which so happened to be his girl. He watched her a moment before opening the door as quietly as he could to try and sneak in there without her seeing.

Of course when it came to science Julia was observant with what she was looking at. Never at what was going on around her. So while her boyfriend was sneaking up on her she was to busy looking through her microscope.

Wesley walked up behind Julia very sneakily and then watched her for another moment before he slipped his arms around her waist. "See anything of interest?" he asked with a cute little smirk.

The moment Julia felt someone touching her she jumped. Then she heard that voice and instantly was taking a deep breath and resting her hands on Wesleys. "You think your sneaky don't you?" She asked looking back at him a moment. "Nothing that interresting. Just a flower."

Wesley laughed softly and hugged her waist gently for a moment before kissing her neck. "In fact, I think I am fairly sneaky, yes. Being sneaky comes with being british, so I'm told." he said. "A flower, which kind?" he then asked as he moved away slightly to get a better look at what she was studying.

Julia smiled. "I've never heard anyone say that the brittish were sneaky. Just obnoxius tea drinkers who hated us Yanks." Julia told him before moving out of the way for him to look through the mircroscope. "Its a sample from the rose. We have to study its stem design and stuff for botany." She answered him

"Well....I've never actually heard that either, I just made it up. But we are not obnoxious tea drinkers,I don't even drink tea.....well okay, sometimes I do...but thats beside the point." Wesley said before moving away for her to be able to go back to looking at the plant. "Interesting. I always loved studying plant cells in high school."

"Oh...well. See now I know the truth behind what brittish people really are." She told him as she leaned against the table and watched him a moment. "Hmm...oh Wesley. Don't you think you forgot to do something besides sneaking up on your girlfriend?" She asked

"Oh really? Enlighten me on this truth you've discovered, see I've only ever seen a british person from my personal perspective so I really an clueless as to how a british person is viewed." Wesley said with a smirk as he also leaned against the table she was leaning against. "No...I don't believe so..." he said, when he actually did, he was just being playful.

"Well us americans always were thought to believe that you brittish were stuck ups and always drank tea and cleaned your glasses while mumbling bloody hells left and right." She explained smiling at him. "Oh you don't huh? Well then...if you don't remember then I'm not going to remind you. I guess its not that important to you." She said throwing a pout on afterwards.

Wesley pushed his glasses up on his nose. "Well, maybe you americans were right about us." he joked with a hefty laughed. "Bloody hell. I need my tea." he carried on as he took off his glasses and cleaned them with his shirt. "See?" he put his glasses back on his face before moving closer to Julia. "Look at that pout..." he said before kissing her.

Julia couldn't help but laugh at Wesley while he spoke and removed his glasses to clean them. "Well...you've certainly just proven us right then Wesley." She replied before he leaned in and kissed her and of course she returned the kiss with a smile. "See...no more pout now because of that."

"I know, us Bristish people, we're so bloody obnoxious..." Wesley nodded his head with a laugh of his head. "...Well, good, that was the point now anyway. And here, just because I'm in a splendid mood..." he didn't finish his sentence, he just kissed her again.

Julia was still smiling while he spoke and when he kissed her once more. She couldn't stop smiling at all when ever Wesley was around. She removed her glasses from her own face because she only really needed them to read up close or view the microscope. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him deeper this time before hearing the bell ring.

Wesley smiled brightly himself, similar to Julia, he smiled whenever she was around. In fact, a smile was hardly ever off his face nowadays because when he wasn't with Julia, he was thinking of her. He reutnred her deep kiss as her arms went around his neck. But then the bell rang and he pulled back, but only slightly. "Class is over." he said with a little laugh before giving her another kiss.

Julia laughed softly. "Yeah...I was sure that bell ment something but I wasn't sure until you said something Wesley." She replied before looking over his shoulder slightly and seeing the other teens passing through the halls. "Hmm...I have a few hours until I have to get Andrew from daycare. Wanna do something?"

"No..." Wesley said sarcastically when she asked if he wanted to do something. "...of course I do. What do you want to do?" he then asked, his hands holding her by the waist as he looked down at her.

Julia gently slapped Wesley on his arm. "Don't give me that attitude. Remember I'm a mother. I refuse to take that." She joked letting her hands rest on the very bottom of his neck and play with the tiny hairs she found there while thinking. "Hmm...I dunno. You pick."

Wesley shook his head. "I'm sorry, I couldn't resist using sarcasm there." he said to her. "Alright, well, lets see....we could go see a movie or something." he suggested, not even sure what he wanted to do himself.

Julia rolled her eyes before listening to Wesley completly. "Hmm...how about a drive in movie? We can sit and cuddle all we want in the car." She suggested herself.

"Oh, I very much like that idea." Wesley said, nodding his head as he thought for a second. "I've never been to a drive-in movie, I've only seen it in the movies."

"Wait...you've never been to a drive in before but you've seen them in movies. Wow Wesley...come on. We gotta get you americanized quickly." She said smiling pulling him towards the door gently.

"Yes, but you must remember, darling. I haven't had much of a life before there was you. Its a surprise to even me that I've even seen a drive-in movie in the movies." Wesley said to her as he walked with her to the door.

"Oh...ya know I forget that sometimes Wesley. But don't worry...we're slowly taking care of the fact that you had no life. Thats what I'm here for. To lead you down the right path of having fun and love you." Julia said to him.

Wesley laughed at everything she said with a huge smile as he took her hand in his, but then he stopped and looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Love me, huh?" he asked her, just to be sure he had heard what he really thought he heard.

Julia hadn't even realized what she had said until Wesley stopped and asked her. She stopped also and looked up at him feeling like a complete idiot now for saying love. Its not like those feelings weren't there because they were. But...she hadn't ment to let him know. "Uh...I didn't mean love...like that love...I ment love as in..." She began to babble through nervously.

Wesley smiled down at her as she babbled and tried to explain what she had meant by what she said. He reached for her and pulled her into a deep kiss to stop her rambling, then just smiled at her. "I love you." he said, suddenly feeling very nervous for just throwing that out there because what if she really hadn't meant to say that, but he tried his best to stay looking confident.

Julia had obviously stopped her babbling when Wesley kissed her. And of course she kissed him in return but when he said he loved her...all those walls Julia had put up around her heart...just became stronger. "Oh Wesley..." She began trying to figure out what to say to him. She wasn't ready for this. No...it wasn't her being ready it was her being afraid of this. "I...you don't love me. Its just...." She stopped speaking and sighed before walking away from him.

Julia watched her after they kissed and the more time that passed, the more the smile on his face faded. Oh crap...maybe he shouldn't have said that. He took a deep breath before following her. His feelings were true. He didn't know much about love, but he leanred once that when you fall in love, you just know its love. And he was pretty sure he knew that he was in love. But maybe he shouldn't have told her. "Julia...." he said as he went after her. "..I'm sorry..."

Julia didn't stop or turn around to listen to Wesley. "I'm sorry Wesley but I can't do this again. I won't. I've tried too hard for too long to forget about Ayden and get over that pain. I can't go through this again and I refuse." She explained walking at a fast pace.

Wesley was taller than her and could easily keep up with her pace, even though he was still a good few feet away from her. "I know about the pain and I know its got to be hard for you, but you have to trust me. When I say that, its because I really do love you with all my heart. Do with it what you will, but thats the just the way it is for me. I'm sorry." he said and stopped walking. He couldn't do anything for her, convince her to love him...that was all her.

Julia stopped and turned towards him."No Wesley you don't know about the pain! You weren't married for almost a year! You...didn't have to give birth to a son who only knew his father for a few weeks of his life before he ran off! You didn't place your complete trust in one person who promised to always be there for you when you needed them! You'll never know. And thats why I can't do this. I'm sorry. But...I'm not the girl that you want."

Wesley took another deep breath. "But you are. You are the girl I want, whether you want to believe it or not. I'm going to love you whether you love me back. So you're right, I don't know the pain that you've felt and all that...stuf you said, but I know what pain feels like and I know its killing you inside. But if you wont love me back, at least let me be here for you. Someone you really can trust and confide in."

Julia was shaking now from how upset she was and she placed her hands to her face to stop the tears from flowing down her cheeks. She couldn't even say anything at the moment. She wanted to tell him that she loved him in return. But after everything she had gone through...even a man like Wesley couldn't get her complete trust yet.

"I...know you're scared and....I know you're hurting...and I'm sorry for saying that, I had no intentions of hurting you..." Wesley said as he moved a little closer to her, reached out, but then pulled back, seconding guessing his trying to comfort her. He wanted to stop her tears and hold her, but he wouldn't dare it yet.

Julia shook her head before removing her hands revealing her now tear filled eyes. "Its not your fault. None of this is..." She said trying to hold back her tears as best as she could. Julia was blaming one person for her having such a hard time letting him in and it was herself. She knew that Ayden and Wesley were two very different guys. But the fear of having to go through another relationship like the one she had with Ayden just stopped her from letting him in.

Wesley moved even coser after seeing her tear-filled eyes. He knew it wasn't his fault, but he still needed to say he was sorry. He should have known she wasn't ready to hear that. And he didn't blame her one little bit, he understood totally even if it meant that that left him one sided here. She finally dared to pull her into a hug. "Its okay, you don't have to fully trust me and I won't try and say things to make you trust me. If you want me, I'm here for you..." he told her.
