- The application questions must be in bold.
- Everything must be filled out.
- Make sure you have enough posts to make a new character.
- Everything in OOC (Out of Character) MUST be filled out.
- Sexuality means straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual.
- Title means like 'The Sweetheart' or 'The Hottie' etc. Be creative.
- You must post a picture of the person you're using. & Please upload the picture to your own image host like tinypic, photobucket, etc.
- Please list the name of the person you're using. If you're using someone who is not famous, we need the link to their profile.
- Likes should be a list of 10, NO LESS.
- Dislikes should be a list of 10, NO LESS.
- Weaknesses means what makes them weak. It could be something simple as chocolate.
- Personality should be at least 7 sentences or a list of 15 traits, NO LESS.
- History needs to be at least 10 sentences, NO LESS.
- The Phrase is located in the RULES. It's in a gray font.
- We have the right to decline ANY application. Make sure you show effort.

We've decided to put a stop to unfinished applications.
HSRP is no longer going to hold them, no matter what the reason might be.
How can you save your app?
Well, use WordPad, Notepad, Microsoft Works, or just simply write it in an e-mail and send it to yourself to save it.
Everyone has an e-mail address, so there's no excuse.
If you post an app that's not done, it will instantly be deleted.
