here's the rather strange write up (as well as showing dates) from E Online...

The E! True Hollywood Story: The Osbournes
THS goes inside the life of the Emmy-winning family, the daughter who wants nothing to do with them, and the children who aren't even acknowledged. How did the show change them? Rating: Scheduled to Air:
Saturday, May 19, 5:00p
Sunday, May 20, 1:00p
Tuesday, May 22, 4:00p
Sunday, May 27, 8:00p

sharon is fabulas - May 1, 2007 03:20 PM (GMT)
Thanks, hopefully it is the same in the US as it is here :chuffed:

uh... who the hell wrote that review.

the daughter who wants nothing to do with them, and the children who aren't even acknowledged
uh...i think they'll find that it was the actual programme she wanted nothing to do with...
and the children who wernt even aknoeledged?
why so many dates? is it run over diff dates not just one?
and are the showings the same here as the us?

shozzy and sharon - May 1, 2007 06:31 PM (GMT)
I think it is a really strange review as well.

Sharons Princess - May 2, 2007 01:30 PM (GMT)
are the dates on the websites the uk or us dates? or is it gunna be shown when its 5 p.m. here and 5 p.m. at the us when it is there too?
we have a channel called e on sky, but I'm not sure if its the same?
why are there different dates?

Red - May 2, 2007 01:59 PM (GMT)
i think the dates on the E! site are american dates only.

Sharons Princess - May 2, 2007 02:12 PM (GMT)
ohok, so don't we get it here? or will we be getting it when its 1 a.m. here? I'm not to sure whether our channel is the same, it does show american programmes its caled e entertainment...so i thought it was the same chanelll...but with the time differences and stuff i don't know.

memmie - May 2, 2007 03:22 PM (GMT)
Thats a pretty harsh review! But my very dear Ned...you are obviously awesome as everyone here has already mentioned, I just thought I would add on my praise...you're pretty fly dude, pretty fly indeed

Red - May 2, 2007 03:25 PM (GMT)
i don't think i find it harsh...i find it random. the daughter that wants nothing to do with them? yeah, ok, she didn't want to do the show, but it's not like she hates her parents. she's seen out with them quite a bit and she looks happy to me!
and the children that are ignored? Kelly and Jack are everything but ignored.

Sharons Princess - May 2, 2007 03:31 PM (GMT)
it has obviously been written by someone who doesnt have a clue! and the next sentence is something lke asking how the programme changed their lives...like suggesting after the osbournes they wernt ignroed.

CHLOE350 - May 2, 2007 04:12 PM (GMT)
 I agree with Red, the write up is totally random. Do you think they are referring to Louis and Jessica when they say 'the children who aren't even acknowlegded?' Although Louis appeared in several episodes of The Osbournes. Very strange article.

Sharons Princess - May 2, 2007 04:31 PM (GMT)
nope it was refering to Kelly and Jack I think.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's family life will be the focus of the "True Hollywood Story" TV documentary series premiering this coming weekend on the E! Entertainment Television cable channel. A description of the program reads as follows: "['True Hollywood Story'] goes inside the life of the Emmy-winning family, the daughter who wants nothing to do with them, and the children who aren't even acknowledged. How did the ['The Osbournes' MTV] show change them?"

"True Hollywood Story: The Osbournes" air dates/times:

Sunday, May 20, 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 22, 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 27, 8:00 p.m.
Friday, June 1, 1:00 a.m.

"True Hollywood Story" originally started as a series of specials in 1996, but evolved into a weekly biographical documentary series.

I'm pretty sure its the media that Aimee wants nothing to do with rather than her family themselves  And even more bizarre what's with this unacknowledged children?! Presumably its now talking about Jack and Kelly, and if you ask me they're two of the most acknowledged children on the planet both by their parents and the rest of the world

Sharons Princess - May 17, 2007 04:22 PM (GMT)
does anyone know if these are only U.S. dates and is there anything on Sky about it?

Sharons Princess - May 17, 2007 05:04 PM (GMT)
yeah but here's where I get confused. i think those are U.S. dates for the U.S. channel and not our channel here. that's why i was wondering whether there's something about it listed on sky or cable.

shozzy and sharon - May 17, 2007 06:00 PM (GMT)
Yes that is a really weird write up of the show because it is not very accurate write up.

;)

Sharons Princess - May 19, 2007 08:36 PM (GMT)
well, they don't show this on our channel.
:(
the U.S. one and UK one are different. I had a look at it at 5 P.M. this afternoon and it was some programme about supermodells on.

Red - May 19, 2007 10:35 PM (GMT)
guys, don't worry about it. I'm taping it and i will upload it for you. :)
