Sorry to hear about your boat, i would be interested to know how you are going to go about repairs, and how hard did you hit to do that kind of damage.
I got million other questions but it looks like your going to be busy for a while hope all goes well nick.

Thanks for posting the pictures what caused the damage?
I have an Evolution 30 having previously had a 26. The 30 has a very similar keel system but considerably larger.
Good luck with the repairs & keep us posted when you can.

Hi

Thanks for you wishes.

The damage was caused by running the bottom of the keel into the sde of a concrete dinghy lanching ramp.
The keel was not quite down.
The shoe at the top of the keel "head butted" the box.

Not started on the repair yet due to other commitments.
Hope to start next weekend.
