Hello is anyone out there,I have owned my evo 26 for one year but what i want to know is has anyone scrubbed off by standing their boat on the keel in the half way position. I asked this question on another forum so time ago without much joy, so have one of you evo owners ever tried it.
I have been in e-mail correspondence with Julian Everitt about my keel box.
As a supplementary question I asked him if this was possible as a friend who had owned an Evo 25 said that he had done this.
Julian's reply was.

| On the other point about standing the boat on her keel it is possible. However the boat does need roping up fore and aft to prevent it tipping either way and once it is dried out it would need propping up if people were walking around on deck or below. |
I am not at all sure that I would want to try it.
