I brought Sireina in early 2006.
She had been in the West Country for some time.
I don't have much of a history for her.
She needed a bit of a refit which I did quite quickly.
The 1st year we trailer sailed her.
We had a few trips to the Orwell and surrounding area.
We took her back to the west country for 4 weeks including racing in the Dartmouth Regatta.
We finished the year with a few weekends on the Norfolk Broads.
In 2007 I had the offer of the use of a mooring on the River Deben
From there we had trips all round the area and a trip to Oostend, Dunkerque, and Ramsgate.
This year we have been over to Oostend again.
We had an interesting trip back with a NE 7+ and 4m+ waves.
She handled that very well.
A few weeks ago I had a call form the Ramsholt Harbour Master to say that she had sunk on her mooring.
She has now been recovered and is sitting at home on her trailer striped out and waiting for me to get on with a complete refit.
We have had her back on the water to find the leak and it seems to be from around the front of the keel box.
There is some damage in the Keel box due to me hitting the concrete dinghy launch ramp and Ramsholt.
I am now trying to work out a way of getting the keel out of the box to carry out a repair.
