Description: Debating Topic

This is not a hate topic, a worship topic, or a review topic. This is where we each state our clean, unbiased opinions on this game.

Alot of people love this game, alot hate it.

I'd like to see just how many are part of each side.

Me? I like to play it casually. 40 bucks every now and then, and I've got something to do when I feel like socialising, developing a character, and strategising.
MMORPGS and Strategy games, how I love them. Get the old thinker thinking, keeping me fresh for the next day of college.

Though I do admit, it can be addictive, and can ruin people's lives. I've seen it happen many a time.

What are your opinions?

As far as I see it, WoW rewards the time you spend on it and has pretty rewarding character development. But, if you're not prepared or don't like spending hours grinding just to reach the next level, so you can grind some more, it's not going to work for you.

I prefer Guild Wars, which is much more skill orientated but I will admit, the WoW community is much more open and accessible than that of GW. GW is a lot of fun with friends, just getting into a friendship circle is the hard part.

True. But It was by mere chance that I met Asahina and then you when he was going to run you. Glad I did. =)

I like WoW, but the level grinding is really annoying.

I really enjoy WoW for many reasons. The world in the game is probably the largest game world I've seen. The diversity of classes, races and proffesions is very nice. The game isn't too easy which is good. There is also dungeons, battlegrounds and many other things that makes this game interesting.

But I will admit that it does take a lot of time away.
