Know that the rift activity is larger then ever Torchwood needs some extra help with dealing with the threats. It became more violent, taking people away from Earth, spreading them across the stars and bringing new threats down to Earth in the meantime. More and more different times are spreading all over the world.

It took time but Torchwood have managed to rebuild Torchwood One, London and their team are back up and working. Torchwood Two has been busy up in Scotland and while everybody as been working as a whole team – contacted together once again they have managed to locate Torchwood Four – which was a bonus and extra help.

Although Torchwood doesn’t exactly agree with UNITs approach to dealing with aliens. They have been forced to link up together for the first time and work as a team to stop these unexplainable events from happening. Know UNIT has bases around the world – and out at sea, in the air and on the ground working. If it’s a threat the Defenders of the Earth will destroy without warning.

Meanwhile over in the Parallel Universe they are experiencing the same things, but they are part of the reason. Rose has been trying and succeeding to get back to her own Planet for some time know for her own reasons. The Doctor just being one of them.
