As a growing city in Louisiana, Maron City has a peacful quaility but it also offers a chance to grow and become sucessful. Families grow here, and newcomers move in all the time. It is a thriving city, welcoming and genuine. What a pity the city is sitting on a biological time bomb....
Callaghan Construction presented a plan to the city's officals for a new subway system to accomidate for the city's growing rate. They believe that the city will soon need such a transportation system, and that the people will greatly appriciate such a conveinence. The plan was quickly approved, and construction started a few weeks later. As the subway tunnels grew deeper, the Callaghan Construction co-owners congradulated themselves far too soon on the sucess of the project.
One week ago, a sudden murder occured within the construction site. The killer is unknown, but the cause of death was too brutal to be shown in too much detail for the news. On the other side of town, another murder occured, this one seemingly more common. Then two more....
It is suspected that a serial killer may be on the loose, although the murders are completely diffrent in the way they were executed. Little do the townspeople know that they accicently awoke something that was never ment to be released, something deep inside the subways tunnels. A disease, soon to be a plague has been uncovered and released into the city, taking over one or two minds at the moment. It is merely the match that will light the fire.
