The fan Art section is for Fan Art. I said no to a Random Art forum, that doesn't mean you post Random Art in the Fan Art section.
The Fan Fiction section is for actual Fan Fics, not 'I have an idea and when I write it I'll post it here!!!' topics.

Why? It seems a little pointless to me. Everyone gets ideas. Fine if you're posting to ask for help, but otherwise it's just a waste of space.

Miscellaneous bits of art shouldn't be anywhere. That's not what this board is for.
And call me paranoid, but posting your ideas before they're written simply for the sake of it seems like a good way to get them stolen. Art theft is bad enough, thank you. :P

Then what/how about PMing or e-mail? I'm sure that could work out fair enough.
And nah, you're not paranoid, you're right. I've seen a lot of people yoink other fic ideas and turn it into their own. Sometimes the person who started the idea would get upset, and sometimes not, but yes, I see your point.

Okay, please stop making "I'm back!!" topics. You had the chance to introduce yourself when you first joined, and most of you did. We haven't forgotten just because you've been gone a week, and if your return spikes our interest we can look at your profile.
There's also been a huge increase in SHOUTING and *role playing* in posts. This is annoying, unrequired, and the SHOUTING in particular is bad netiquette. Posts filled with nothing but "WOOOOOT! *pees pants*" and the like are spam in my book, and it's frustrating trying to read a topic full of stupid behaviour like this. Continued, excessive behaviour like this will get you banned.
