Have a great time on your trip, Natalilly! I really enjoyed my last trip to Europe a while back and I'm sure you'll enjoy yours, too. If you have a digital camera with you, post a few photos so we can see what you've been doing.
Natalilly - May 24, 2005 12:02 PM (GMT)
Well i have both camera and computer, but the photos are HUGE, so i need to cut. chronicles of my adventure so far are in my Livejounral- I go by the same name there, and I'll post links to photos soon!
There's no DragonBooster over here, and I'm going into withdrawls- so bad infact I DREAMT an episode coherant enough to be genuine... o.O
The Furox - May 24, 2005 04:57 PM (GMT)
Nice to hear from you Natalilly! Hope your adventure is going well so far.
Dragon Booster is showing now in the UK, but it's only on the Sky One digital satellite service. It's on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8:30 if you can find someone who has the service. You can try looking around to see if any of your neighbors has one of the small satellite dishes outside and if so, you can try to make a new friend. :D

Staying with my cousin at the mo while I'm in London, and she has Sky <3<3<3
THANK YOU Furox, I wouldn't've known otherwise! *kisses cheek*

You're welcome! I'm glad you can watch Dragon Booster again and I'm always happy to help out a fellow fan.
I don't know if your sightseeing interests line up with mine or not, but in the "for what it's worth" category, here are a couple of my favorite London area sights:
The British Museum (can't beat seeing the Rosetta Stone in person)
Tower of London
The Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms
The Greenwich Observatory (can't beat standing on the Prime Meridian)
Outside of London I enjoyed day trips to:
Leeds Castle
Stonehenge
For sightseeing farther outside of London, I liked:
Northern Wales, particularly Snowdonia
The Lake District
If you like amusement parks, I liked:
Alton Towers (can be done as a long day trip from London)
Blackpool Pleasure Beach (awesome seaside park and city)
Hope you're having fun!
