Yeah with the old one you could see where the images had been cut but with this one its a lot smoother.

It seems a bit more........ crowded than the old banner, but it makes it look busy, which I like. Did you try emtying the Tempoary Internet files in Inetnet Exproer. many people have had this Problem. doing this usaly fixes this.

Yep. A long time ago when I was trying to view a few OTHER things that have the same result. It's weird. For example, anybody who goes on Neopets can see some small 150x150 sized picture if they head over to that Tyrannia cave with a monster-type pterodactyl. I learned that on a different compy w/ a different internet. When visiting Furox's Dragon-city.org, it's supposed to show a large picture the first time I look at it. I only realized that on a different compy w/ DIAL-UP internet.

I don't know what the heck's wrong with my computer, but it's really buggin' me...

Wow! It looks really drac. I love the use of Mortis and Word in the backgrounds in the same type of style, and the use of the whole dragon-glowy hieroglyphics or pictures or whatever at the back. :D

(Something at the back of my head tells me you implied some P/K in here, but maybe that's just me. :P)

It sounds to me like there's image blocking software installed on your computer, possibly as part of a parental control package. I've run into this same sort of thing on some public computers. In particular, it happens at the place where I have my car serviced. They have several computers in the waiting room so you can surf the net and check email, and when I visit this forum from there, it won't display the banner or about half the images and icons throughout the site. It appears to block all large images and it also blocks about half of all the others, though I can't figure out what it's rules are exactly (it may be filtering out anything from photobucket and similar such sites). The software is apparently trying to block objectionable material (or at least impede one from browsing such images).

Other people here have reported they run into this on their computers at school and they're almost certainly using filters to try and block potentially objectionable material. So I'm pretty sure these missing images are due to internet content filters.
