LightningFlash? Miss Admin Lady? Excessive personal chatter is cluttering up this board, exacerbated by the curse of netspeak (Note: "you" has three letters. That is two more letters than "u". It is not a hard word to spell.). I realise this is General Discussion, but while I think basic introductions and some OT discussions may be helpful and interesting, unintelligible personal conversations are a waste of bandwidth. Also, can we have some sort of policy that spellcheck must be run before posts are made? Makes things MUCH easier to read.

I realise this isn't a very nice post to make, and that it probably is due to my anal-retentive-Grammar-Nazi-ness, but PLEASE can we clean up the board a little?
