well its a baby so it does't do much.even though its a baby it has a nasty bite(duh its a dragon)but you don't see it much in the game :(

Yup, methinks your friend has the standard Ice Beam/Surf/Confuse Ray/Body Slam Lapras. Ice attacks are super effective against dragon types, the majority of which have a 4x weakness due to dual types (bar Kingdra, who's Water/Dragon, Latios and Latias, who are Dragon/Psychic, and the pure dragon types). Try using something like a Zapdos. Zapdos utterly murders water types, though your friends Lapras may well murder it, considering Ice Beam.

I'm training my Lapras on Colosseum. I nicknamed her SeaFlash. With her, I shall RULE THE WORLD!!!! (evil laughter)

Well (this is going off topic) I have Pokemon Emerald and My party consists of, 1 dragonite, 1 Rayquaza, 1 sceptile, 1 ampharos, 1 lugia :lol: and salamence. My highest level is my rayquaza level 92. Any tips SilverDragon?

Yes. If you ever plan to enter an official tournament, you won't be allowed in with Rayquaza or Lugia. Legendary clause bans them. Try getting, say, a Flygon. Flygon rocks. Or the most deadly Pokemon of all, the destroyer of worlds...MAGIKARP!
