Perhaps there should be a topic for DB related merchandise, like toys etc. Though I'm not sure if that would need its own topic or not.

I try to list all the merchandise I'm aware of in Lance's Room on dragon-city.org. Hopefully, they will actually release the action figures this year. The page you referenced lists the release date as spring 2005, which was nearly a year ago. That didn't quite work out as they planned, did it. :)
Now that they're showing the action figures on the official site, that probably means they're getting ready to actually release them before too long. Maybe right after the Happy Meal promotion.

It's too bad they aren't out yet, I was getting quite tempted to buy a few of them. Hopefully, like you said, they will release them before too long. ;)
