While browsing through some anime, I came upon a DVD box set called "Legend of the Dragon Kings". It's about humans that can transform into dragons. It has somewhat mixed reviews on amazon.com. Some people love it. Some aren't so happy. I was wondering if anyone has seen this series and has any opinions to share about it.
