No news other than the fact that Rob and Kevin still hope to find a home for the series. So they haven't given up.
By the way, we already have half a dozen or so threads about the status of season 4. It's always best to reuse existing threads since it makes it easier to keep things organized.

Ive sent an e-mail to disney and they sent a reply and said they would consider bringing the new series to toon disney channel :D
