This is a pic I just did tonight, it isn't finished yet, just linearted, but I wanted to show it off because... *drumroll* I inked it with a brush pen! OMG, it was soooo much fun! Haha, I'm working on another to do the same way. XD This was just supposed to be a design pic, to figure out what her markings would look like, so that's why there's no pose.

I decided to name her Insynndrii, as in incendiary. The little marks on her chin are supposed to look like little flames. Yes, I am aware her hind leg is too short and her chest is wonky, I'm no good at bipedal dragons, that's why I'm drawing them. XP

not bad, better than i could do, tbh. i'm more of a word crafter than a sketch artist. i used to dabble, and got a tiny bit of skill, but i've kinda forsaken practice there to work on a masive novel project.

it's about dragons, of course, but that's going off into another area.

I like the legs on this one, very strong looking. and the arms too.

Thanks Skulder! I try to go for a somewhat realistic look, so I usually do draw in muscle emphasis lines. I finished the other one, but it turned out pretty bad. XD I decided to draw some stylized feathered wings on it just to see how they would turn out, and the feathers look horrible! The lines are all wonky. Attempting to get really thin lines with a brush pen + unsteady hand = recipe for disaster. XD

The magma class dragon has good, strong legs. Wow.

The chest sticks out. That is different from other Magma Class dragons. I like it too. Would you be colouring it?

Actually, that chest point is pretty standard for a Magma. I can't recall a single Magma I've seen without it, though Wyldfyr's is rather short in comparison to others like Phorrj. You can't really tell that the point is there except from the side, so that's probably why you haven't noticed it.

I'm planning on coloring her eventually, but I'm not sure when I'll get around to it. I'm already behind on other things. (like the latest chapter of Philosopher's Stone! I haven't had time to go through the entire thing x_x)

I must watch Dragon Booster again. I have not noticed either.

I was looking up on Wlydfyr, and he has his chest sticking out. So does Phorrj. You are right. It is normal for a Magma-Class dragon.
