Thor’s Hidden Secrets
Life’s History Revealed


Its been a long morning since Thor was in one of his moods, but something was strange around this time since I got him he has been like this and it bothers me just as it bothered him. The next day, race day of course, Thor and I along with other crew members were at the starting gate, the gates opened and the race was on, Thor and I took the lead as always, but then something caught Thor’s attention I ended up seeing it too, another dark dragon much like Thor but this one was red with black, I shifted my glance back toward the track and narrowly missed an obstacle.
“That was close………. But who was that other dragon?” I said to myself, we barely won and Thor went into his sulky mood again. On the way back to the compound we saw the dragon, it was a lot closer then before, Thor began to snarl as did the other, but then Thor snorted and looked away, the other have a smirk and ran off. Once back to the compound Thor went into his stall and didn’t come out for almost a week, everyone asked what was wrong, and I told them that it started with other dark dragon, Moordryd was going to trap him for me since he owed me anyhow. Almost a month went by before any progress was made and the dragon was eventually caught, he went wild in the cage and Thor didn’t leave, he refused to, I needed a name for the other dragon and upon doing some research I found that the Norse God Thor had a brother Loki, so in turn I called the dragon Loki. I managed to get a sample of DNA for comparison just to see if there was some kind of match even if it was small, I had to work anyhow so it was good. The nurse came back with a brown envelope and handed it to me, I said Thank you and opened it, sure enough Thor and Loki are in fact twin brothers; same age, parents and bone color. I think Thor knew, but I wanted to make sure. After work I did some more research as well, investigating to see why they were separated. After long days and sleepless nights, I discovered that they were separated by their own parents, Thor went with his mother and Loki with the father, his mother died what Thor was young, and the father just up and left so its safe to say they were orphaned, I found Thor and Loki just caused trouble and managed to slip away because of the natural ability darks have. I hot back to the compound and all was quiet……….. too quiet, so I checked the videos and logs, nothing big went on, the boys were out for the night so I was alone. I walked down to Loki’s stall, it was quiet, Thor hasn’t moved and the stall was empty, so I assumed Loki was hiding seeing as how that was his method of escape but I knew his trick, Thor did that same thing to me out of play, but Loki probably had the intention of running me over while Thor just pushed me a few feet. I opened the food and water bins in the stall without opening the door, Loki didn’t do anything until after I left. I gave Loki a good while to get used to his new surroundings. When I let Loki out to stretch his legs, Thor used tethering gear so Loki wouldn’t run off, he tried to more then once and couldn’t get very far so he would just pout and eventually realized he couldn’t get his way. Eventually he calmed down so the next step was trying to ride him which was easier said then done, every time I tried to mount him he would throw me off faster then anything, I even tried other people, same result, I even used a shadow clone, it stayed on longer then the others but then got thrown off anyhow. I didn’t give up though, the clone stayed on longer and longer, eventually the “people throwing” stopped and my clone just walked Loki around, apparently he had never been ridden before until now which surprised me and my clone also was surprised but I knew it was too good to be true, Loki threw my clone off and right at me, my wraiths tagged Loki with trapping gear which ticked him off, he was also hit with dragon control gear so he could be transported without incident. I then dismissed the clone and Thor helped me. I had trouble standing on my own so Thor took me to the hospital, the doctor once again became the patient, I had a broken ankle so I was on crutches for awhile the longest few weeks of my life, I was limited on what I could do, I couldn’t stand for long periods so Stan stayed to help me get around, Martie was causing an inconsiderable amount of trouble so I took Wyntrgreen, he was happy by the way, and kicked him out, as far as I knew he was in jail, Kyle, Lawrance, Zack and Artim were on the track in elite class races tearing it up as always bringing home trophies and helping out whenever they can. As much as I hated to be dependant on others I was forced to be, Thor was one thing but crew members is different I was happy when I got the cast off and could move on m own even though I was still limited but not for long since I was a fighter and Stan could get back to his love life. Most of the time it was just Thor and me with just Alona and Devastashun, there wasn’t much that they could do since Alona was a priestess and her dragon was an ancient so they meditated all day and I had a side job and would often stay for long hours and Thor would help with the sick dragons, giving them some TLC while humans have the medications. One thing I failed to mention with my grey dragon incident, I had to have surgery to repair my rib cage there was only one problem they used Komatome, it was effective but it didn’t last. I refused to use it because the risks greatly out weighed the benefits. After the operation, I had major complications, I was on deaths doorstep but managed to pull through with my past history and as far as I knew I was the only one to survive, I then fired the doctor that used it. I then ordered the destruction of the remaining Komatome silos, when Thor had a sist removed they were going to use the same stuff from the same doctor. The doctor didn’t go quietly, he tried to kill me again but it didn’t work, his plan backfired and I ended up jumping out of bed and almost killed him that was probably the thing for me because I felt like my old self again. That memory still haunts me as well as everyone that knew about it, I didn’t tell some people because I knew that they would worry. I dug into Thor’s past and discovered that he had an older brother who had a growth on his tail, same doctor, same treatment, worst case outcome, he didn’t last through the night, quite painful, that was before I came along, the mother and father ran after that. Thor and Loki were still young at the time, that new info was probably why Loki didn’t like people especially when in white, so I didn’t around him which wasn’t easy when I was in my profession. It was a shame that I didn’t find this out before, probably would have saved me a trip to the hospital…….. or two maybe more. Anyhow others have tried to help me with Loki but I told them it was under control even though I had bruises from him, so far Loki only liked me, Alona, my clones, and Thor along with my other crew members, he isn’t so apt about anyone else, he will try to do some serious damage so Thor keeps him on a leash at all times or maybe a wraith or two because I cant keep him cooped up inside the compound all day. I took Thor and Loki to the nursery one day so I could check up on newly hatched dragons, Loki looked toward the playpen and he melted before all of our eyes he just fell in love with the little ones and they him, I didn’t really believe at first, thinking it was just a plan to get away but after that day I became more of a believer, Loki was more eager to get down there then anything, so I let him go on his won with three wraiths just incase, sure enough back to the nursery he went and gently played with the young-ones as though they were his own, the caretakers didn’t mind at all and it gave him something productive to do, it also kept him quiet but I wasn’t about to take any chances, so everyday there after three wraiths stayed with him at all times, one day Loki went out and didn’t come back, he is staying at the nursery to help pick out candidates that are able to adopt the little ones, his mood changed quite a bit, since then he has helped nail potentially abusive owners, and a quick background check confirmed it, Loki was rewarded and no one has ever seen him so happier in his life, the abusers went to jail for past, present and future cruelty to baby dragons and faced a big fine with long, long jail time, he even got a medal and I haven’t seen many mistreated infant dragons only the ones for a monthly check-ups, and treating the common cold, but other then that very grateful for what Loki has done, Thor is especially happy because his brother is a hero and isn’t even a boosters dragon, Loki is still at the nursery, with a stall of his own with all he earned, to help them out there and I have been catching up on my won work and Thor has been catching up on some on some “Z’s”, Alona and Devastashun have just been themselves and by the way Loki still refuses to have a rider.

Loki is still new to me but he is a good boy, when he wants to, and adores children, so I and the caretakers have agreed to let Loki stay at the nursery, which made him happier, and even though he has a stall he sleeps with the little ones and keeps a close eye on them, yeah I think he found his purpose in life, hurray for that
