is there ANY official information on this character who was introduced in the very LAST episode?

Besides what they said in the episode about him, I don't think so. And I just checked the Character-Dragon reference sheet. I didn't see him in there.

Ditto, Liliwen. I haven't found anything on him outside of that episode. And even that's not much. He must be someone high up though. His title was "Dragon Master", so I'd assume he at least has something to do with classes involving the dragons. Maybe he assigns people to the houses?

i'm thinking something more along the lines of the head trainer involved in those classes that help the dragons evolve into their elite forms, in some way. either that or the person most knowledgeable about dragons in general. or both.

Yeah, that's more like what I first thought of him being too. Why don't I ever go with those gut urges? XD

yea i was wondering about him he seems alittle different then every one else we see. what i want to know is where did tha tatto / scar come from and what is his draconium colour / dragon. maybe we should ask rob more about him

I haven't watched the episode in a looooooooong while, but I always thought of him as head of the entire Academy.

He did not like the way Word talked to him, either. When his name was annouced, everyone cheered. He is a respectful person.

I don't believe there's any information about him other than his title. He's clearly someone fairly important. Whether he could be the head master of the Academy... I don't know. We don't know what the title "Dragon Master" means yet.
