Who's Dragon Master Akari???


In what chappter appear?

I THINK Dragon Master Akari is one of the Academys officials. He is the one with a scar on his face that NEVER speaks a word. Some think hes mute but I just dont have any idea on him. We see him 1 to 3 times allwayse in one of the more major races. Hope that helps!

I believe he only appears in episode 39 "Damaged Goods". While he never says a word, he's apparently an Academy official of some sort just like Sentrus.

Isnt he like the leader of the academy? I thought he was like the ''Principal'' as it were, coming to see the best person fit for the academy.
