I'm having trouble with my sister's iPod. Anyone think they can help?

She got it near Christmas, and we've gotten it onto the computer, registered and it appears in iTunes. But I can't get any songs onto it. It's checked to manually manage music and videos, but whenever I drag a song from iTunes onto the iPod, it syncs for a long time, but the song doesn't appear on the iPod. I use Windows XP. Anyone knows what might be wrong or what I should do?

Well, you shouldn't have to move the song from itunes because it gets saved on your playlist.

Make sure you go to the your Ipod thing, go to music, have all the boxes clicked, and hit sync

Yes, if you just got it around Christmas time, then you're still in the free phone support period. Just call the Apple support number in the booklet that came with it. They'll walk you through the process and find out what's wrong.
