Dragon Fanatic - December 30, 2007 11:28 PM (GMT)
The Storm Hawks are having toys come out!

They've got Heroic Figures:

Aerrow
Dark Ace
Snipe
Junko
Finn
Stork

Deluxe Figures:

Aerrow
Dark Ace
Finn
Junko

Heroic Swords:

Aerrow's Twin Energy Blades
Dark Ace's Energy Blade

Vehicles:
Skimmers
The Condor

Aren't they cool?!

Yeah, I saw a couple when I was in Toys R Us the other week. They only had three of them though: Aerrow, Finn and it was either Dark Ace or Snipe (can't remember which now). The Aerrow figure also came with a small Radarr figure as well. Not sure if they plan to carry the whole line or not.

I like this line from the description of the figures:

Figures include the “Crotch Lock 3000” so that they can all ride the Deluxe Skimmer that is coming out August 2008 (that’s all that can be said for now…)

Crotch Lock 3000? I wonder how long they spent thinking up that phrase! :D

Hopefully, there's a Wii game.

Aerrow reminds me of Jet from Avatar.

LOL Never thought I'd see that on an actual product. I just hope they're selling the toys where I am... If I want any DB toys, I have to go on Amazon or eBay...

Boys don't buy toys of girls, apparently*. End of story.

*I want a Kitt action figure.

Which doesn't make sense. Lotz of girls play with action figures (I'll admit, I'm one of them)

Yeah, but the Storm Hawks toys are most likely pitched at the audience who the show is aimed at-boys. Hopefully we'll get some female characters eventually.

This is reminding me of what Mattel did with their Avatar: The Last Airbender toyline. Despite several female characters (Toph, Katara, Azula, etc.) having BIG roles in the series, and a pretty large part of the fanbase being female, they didn't get action figures. What was released instead were most of the main male characters (except Iroh :( ) and endless releases of different versions of Aang, Sokka, and Zuko that took more than a few liberties with canon.
