Not sure if this topic was posted before, but oh, well...

I would like to hear your opinions about the designs of our dear dragons in the series. It's already confirmed by the Magna Draconis that Decepshun and Coershun (rather, all black psi-class dragons) are based on South American dragons and cats. :wub:

So, in your opinion, what do the other dragon classes (including Beau's) reminds you of? ;)

I'm sure just about everyone is reminded of a T. Rex when they see Wyldfyr, Propheci and Tyrannis Pax. T. Pax in particularly has always reminded me of a cross between a T. Rex and a rooster. :)

Beau kind of seems like a cross between a Komodo Dragon and a frilled lizard.

The black dragons always looked snake-like to me, which of course lines up with the serpentine dragons they are based on.

I was never sure what to make of the blue dragons specifically. They just look dinosaur-like to me.

And of course, the purple dragons are very wolfish looking. :)

My fav the PACK-CLASS ar surely wolfish :lol:

Though it is a little funny the green and brown dragons remind me of... a rhinoceros :D

The sound the light blue dragons make remind of dolphins.

And the black draconium dragons are like snakes.

Orange dragons have that velociraptor feel to them, especially when a big pack of them is running at you with teeth gnashing.

Orange dragons remind me more of a Dilophosaurus. :)

Blue dragons remind of an overgrown iguana. :P

Now that I think about it, I've always felt that Beau looked distinctly equine somehow. I can't really say why, but that's the impression I got.

My exact thought when I first heard them. Then, they have another roar that sounded like a horse neighing.

White class dragon look like eagles.

Turquoise dragons are turtles or...I had another thing in mind for them, but I've forgotten it...

Red dragons are raptors.

Orange dragons are aliens! *ahem*

Brown dragons are...moles? Molish rhinoceroces? :D

yea, the Red Dragons to be like raptors, i agree.
white dragons like eagles? i have to disagree.
could their sleekness be based on a dolphin? i know water and air are two compleatly different attributes. just a thought...

Beau makes me think of a horse. Wyldfyr seems like a snake with legs. Hyve is like a dog/wolf hybrid. Propheci does look like a raptor mixed with Pachycephalosaurus. Fracshun is like a dolphin with the personality of a dog. All the black draconium dragons make me think of a cat/bat hybrid. The Wraiths seem like Compsognathus. I can't remember what the others make me think of.

The wraiths are the hardest to pick out..... but when I watched Jurassic Park. That dino that ate that fat guy. That dino reminded me of the wraiths.

That's very easy to see. His body is the closest to a horse, and he has a long face like a horse.

I like seeing the orange dragons as a type of raptor. :) Seems to suit them.

I sorta see the horse thing in Beau.
