I've been enjoying the fanfics posted here (I like to do them myself occasionally) but haven't done any for DB. I've been thinking about doing some on the Dragon City Security members. I know they're kind of filler characters (only Cpt. Faer is even named) I would be doing fanfics from their point of view, or directly involving them w/ regular DB characters. Anyone interested in this idea? I've got some thought of how I would go about this. If anyone had anything they would like to see in a storyline though, let me know. I'd love to hear any opinions and ideas. I am also planning on asking the Magna Draconis Dragon City security related questions in the future (character names, job description, personalities ect.)

That sounds very original. I'd be interested in reading it, as long as the character you gave him/her was likeable and non-sue. Also, there's a lot you could do with those security dragons, dark blue Bipeds. You could make up a whole background for them, whether the blue is painted on or they're actually bred to be that colour.

For police type stories, I like thrillers. You could have an ordinary DC Security member (your OC) be investigating some ordinary looking crime, and in the course of that, it leads him or her into the middle of some bigger crime/coverup that no one else was aware. That plot line is admittedly something of a cliche, but if the idea is interesting and the "thrill of the chase" is there, then I think it could work. Want to make it even more interesting? Tell the story from the point of view of your OC's dragon! Have him or her actively involved in solving the crime (they're partners) and not just providing transportation for the human! I think that would be fun to read. :dance:
