Easily fixed, but only by the admin (aka me.) It's best to PM requests like this to me, and even better if you'd take the time to write out the username correctly.
Should be fixed now.

You mean for one of those automated response "confirm registration" emails? If so, something is messed up since those emails should arrive within minutes. If that's the case, start over again since it isn't going to show up if it hasn't by now. When these types of emails appear to get lost, it usually means an incorrect email address was entered.

Right. Can she log in, or can she just not post? If she can log in, she can have a repeat email sent to the address you asked LightningFlash to change hers to. If she can't log in, then she can click to send herself an email that will enable her to log in despite the lost password. That email will also go to beaudragon28@yahoo.com.
But the whole process of changing email addresses goes like this:
- Click on My Controls, in boldface type in a grey bar at the top and towards the right of the board.
- Click on Change My Email Address in a menu set to the left, towards the bottom.
- Change the email address by entering it twice and your current password.
- You are automatically logged out. Instructions are sent to the email address you entered twice. You can log in again by obeying them.
- You can still log into the board without accessing that email if you remember your password, but you can't change your email back if you entered an email you can't access twice. This is a distinct flaw in the board design.
- You also can't post, email or pm, as blackandgolddragon's found out.
Sorry about the long list, but it's hard to understand whether her problem is the password and/or the new email address. Is it really beaudragon28@yahoo.com? She can try sending herself an email by attempting to log on and going to the Password Recovery area, and if that doesn't work within ten minutes then she's still got the wrong email.

her spam guard is up. I even emailed her about this. The spam guard on her yahoo deletes anything that is spam. She needs to turn it off and then she can get the email. Anything that enters her email that is considered spam is deleted. And that message is considered spam. So get her to turn it off. Or she can email me her password and I can do it for her and then I would get her to change the password..... I have done this for other people.

or she could go to the spam folder, open the message and click "mark as safe" or "not spam" whichever it is.
