Actually, it was advertised that like once upon a time. You've watched to 2.5 minute trailer on dragon-city.org, haven't you? That trailer was shown in theaters a few months before the show premiered in October 2004. I'm not sure what movie it showed in front of, but maybe it was a Disney movie since Jetix was carrying the series.

Agreed! I for one volunteer my time towards finding this advertisement. Hopefully, it's on a popular movie... Oh, and yes I watched the trailer. It was the first thing I saw about the series on T.V. Guess it did its job.

If you're trying to find which movie it was previewed with by looking through DVDs, then that's not going to work. The previews that were shown in the theaters don't accompany the DVD release. A well-crafted google search might turn up an old press release or announcement that states what movie it was shown with, though the amount of time that has elapsed since then makes this unlikely or at least difficult to find. It's probably quickest just to ask The Magna Draconis. :)
