Does anyone know if this is really, and if it is when is it coming out?

Deathshallcome - October 19, 2007 03:02 PM (GMT)
nope but if it does come out soon i am scooping it immedately!

Nayade - October 19, 2007 03:36 PM (GMT)
I also found it some days ago. It seems it's done in Brazil (It will explain why is been selling in webpages from brazil and why we haven't seen it in other places, and that the covers of the first two dvds are different from the usual dvds that we have seen). But it seems that it's in both languages, in portugues and in English too. Also they have done 6 dvds and the last episode that it's in the dvd is "Artha the drac." ("Luzes, Câmeras, Ação!" in portuguese)

You can look them all here: DB dvd

I also don't know when is going to be realesed for others dvd regions, for now it seems is only for region 4 (Australia and Southamerica). Maybe be could see them soon for others regions.

Deathshallcome - October 19, 2007 03:40 PM (GMT)
hopefully they do! Because I wanna get them!

Nayade - October 19, 2007 04:15 PM (GMT)
I will also like to have them, especially because it's for region 4, but I have the impression that they get the permission to make these dvds but these dvds are not original from Northamerica because the first volume in portuguese doesn't have the "extras" that the Northamerican version have. I know it better than nothing but it cost like 20 dollars and (IMO) for that money I will like to have the one with extras ^^

Deathshallcome - October 19, 2007 04:48 PM (GMT)
I have the first one with the extras on it :P

Dragon Fanatic - October 20, 2007 12:51 AM (GMT)
Oh, I like the way the 3rd ones designed.

The Furox - October 20, 2007 04:04 AM (GMT)
It's nice to see more DVDs being released. It would be nice if they'd release more in North America, but there's no sign of any additional ones past the first two volumes that are already out. If nothing else, I hope that Roadshow Entertainment releases more in Australia. They made really nice wide screen releases whereas the ones for Brazil are pan-and-scan.

Just have to keep hoping.

black and gold dragon - October 20, 2007 12:06 PM (GMT)
i cant ind anyof the volumes at all. it makes me sad. I know i will take my new AC character and kill the pumpkin buffer! candy.

'Pan and scan' is what is sometimes referred to as 'full screen'.

Dragon Fanatic - October 20, 2007 07:29 PM (GMT)
Oh. Thanks!

Shining-Dragon - October 20, 2007 08:53 PM (GMT)

MExico??

IbanezJFS - October 20, 2007 11:47 PM (GMT)
This really sucks. Dragon Booster does have a fan fallowing here in the states. But's no one will take Nerd Corps up on that. I mean, I purchesed Vol. 2 of the DVD in Canada. I think that sez something about our love for the show.

Red Dragon - October 21, 2007 08:18 AM (GMT)
You're all lucky, not 1 dvd has been released here in the uk, not one.

I have only got the first from a popular auction site from usa and ships to here.
I might be able to get the second from australia if i see one again but thats it, if i get lucky.

Other wise i have had to download them 1 at a time every 2 hours.

Dragon Fanatic - October 21, 2007 04:13 PM (GMT)
Red Dragon. Warning: That's stealing.

If i can get the dvd's then yes i will buy them.

When they were on a sat channel a while ago, i recorded most of them off of there, just getting the ones i missed, Also they never showed the last 2 episodes.

I only have downloaded the 4 i havn't got.

I thought if it was listed on that thread, it was ok ??

I'm pretty sure I saw here a link to a person who was selling all the episodes . Anyway. The episodes that we leave in that threat is like sharing episodes within fans. Wildfire100 and other fans, leave links to episodes and trailres and we are not selling these to anyone, we are just sharing them. But that person (can't find in what post was mensioned) was selling them, for me it didn't look like an original DVD that he or she didn't wan't anymore and was selling it as a secondhand, he/she was selling all the episodes in a few DVDs to all the people that could pay it. And without the permission, that is ilegal.

That threat you mentioned, have links to megaupload, torrent and other sharing webpages, it was made to upload and share the episodes. If it will be not ok, LF would have deleted it time ago. Even so, sharing episodes or music is a delicate thing too, but is very common within fans and helpful for fans that can't buy the DVDs and/or the DVDs are not for their regions yet. I think it's ok, meanwhile the fans or others doesn't start selling them in ilegal form.

Me too, and the number 5 also looks cool.

Dragon Fanatic - October 25, 2007 11:23 PM (GMT)
What I mean is that you can't go and take all the bonus features and stuff from the DVD.

muffinbooster - November 26, 2007 03:20 AM (GMT)

Roadshow Entertainment seemed to release the DVDs on something of a yearly basis. I remember getting mine around Christmas. However, I've been to the ABC shop multiple times since I last saw the vol. 2 DVD, and there hasn't been a volume 3.

The Furox - December 16, 2007 12:30 AM (GMT)
Yeah, there's no sign of more DVDs from Roadshow. I got mine from www.ezydvd.com.au and I've been checking back with them periodically to see if any more have showed up. Just recently they started showing a price reduction on the DB DVDs down to AU$9.92, which is pretty cheap. That unfortunately could be a sign that they're clearing out inventory because it's going out of print. So if anyone wanted these and hasn't gotten them yet, I suggest you order soon before it's too late.

Note to people outside of Australia: these DVDs are made for the PAL TV standard, so if you're in North America like me, you have to know how to convert them to the NTSC standard. (A google search on "handbrake" will get you started.)

Red Dragon - December 19, 2007 09:21 PM (GMT)
I've only just been able to get the second DVD. Will have to keep an eye out for when the third comes out that i can get it here in the uk :(

Shere, I'm in Ireland and got them (vol 1&2).
i think that realy shows the love of the show!
i even got a new multi region dvd player to play them.

SilverDragon - January 12, 2008 10:24 AM (GMT)
I think it would be worth pointing out that I've seen the first DVD selling in shops, although so far there was only one DB DVD there.

Dragon Fanatic - January 13, 2008 02:33 AM (GMT)
I couldn't find any where I live! :(
