Some weeks ago I got a wii and something weird happened when I decided to connect it to internet.
Normaly when I turn off my wii before try wireless conection the light turns red and I've red that that meant that it was turned off.
After I connec it to play when I turned off the light is green, what means? is my wiiok or what is goin on?
That happens to me too, I have to check twice to make sure it is really off. Well the light on my is yellow ish.
if it is connected to the internet and you have shut off it is going to turn that colour... it means the wii is connected to the internet but the wii is off. Wii are different in every part of the world also... did you ever get a manual for that? The manual should help or just go to a nintendo forum area and ask them.
Wii consoles of all regions use the same colors. Red means sleep mode without Wii Connect 24, yellow is sleep mode with WC24, green is on. The only way to actually turn it off is to unplug it. hope it helps.
