It's official, I'm a dork.

I've been unable to buy any kind of gaming device any better than a game boy poket, so I'm now playing Pokemon online at PokemonCrater.com (I'm Kay yasha there too!) and I was wondering if anyone is still playing the pokemon games. I never enjoyed the anime but loved the games.

My favorites at the moment are Arcanine, Zangoose and Milotic.

I'm playing Pokemon Diamond at the moment. I've been capturing the legendaries and evolving other Pokemon like crazy.

At the moment my team is:

Torterra (Gamera)
Lapras (Nessie)
Luxray (Simba)
Rampardos (Zidane)
Charizard (Zuko)
Garchomp (Azula)

I'm considering replacing Rampardos with Tyranitar, as Tyranitar's Sand Stream ability would benefit Azula, seeing how her ability raises her evasion in a sandstorm, which Sand Stream causes when the Pokemon with it is sent out.

I don't have WiFi yet, but I'll post my friend code when I do.

I am the kind of trainer that keeps most of the pokemon that I catch at the very start of the game.

Oh I am stuck at a part if anyone whats to give me a hand. Okay I am when you chase Team Glaticu (sp? sorry I can't spell it) into Mr. Coronet. I get to a part were there is a cave at the very bottom and there is a guy in front of it. When I talk to the guy he says, "why bother him because he has no pokemon." Is there something that I have to do first, if so please tell me. Thanks.

I think the first season of Pokemon will always be the best.

@ The Great Grey: You're going the wrong way. Head back to the snowy part outside, head west (there's a rock climb spot in the valley where the entrance to that cave is), and you'll find the entrance to the top of Mt Coronet.

BTW, the cave behind the Galactic Grunt who has no Pokemon is a shortcut to Celestic Town.

@ Shining Dragon: Yes, the touchscreen is used for selecting attacks and various other things, including digging in the underground.

I've got Pokemon Pearl and Ruby. My best friend has Diamond and Sapphire. Yeah, it's pretty cool. My team at the moment is:
Lv. 67 Torterra (guy)
Lv. 66 Rapidash (girl)
Lv. 67 Palkia (ungendered)
Lv. 73 Crobat (girl)
Lv. 71 Giratina. (ungendered)
And I keep the last spot free for pokemon that I need to evolve or get friendly with me to evolve. Giratina isn't permanent either. I usually alternate it between Lv. 61 Golem (girl) and Lv. 63 Skuntank (girl) or any other pokemon depending on which HM moves I need. Right now I am focused on completing my Pokedex seeing as my team are pretty much AWESOME. :D

It blows my mind, that you can trade with people across the world with the internet and the DS doesn't even have to be on. I know I have some Pokemon from Japan. Now I might have a chance to complete my Pokedex for once.

A old friend of my completed his Pokedex in the Blue Verson (One of the very first Pokemon game) and that is when there was only 151 (counting Mew).

Well the last one I played was crystal I do not have Diamond or Pearl but I wanna get it really badly.

I've just reset my Diamond game and have started again with a Piplup. My last team was Torterra, Floatzel, Luxray, Staraptor, Toxicroak and Lucario. I got bored at the end of the game though, after defeating the Elite 4. My new team is going to be a bit different;
Empoleon, Drifblim, Honchkrow, Hippodown, Abomasnow. The last slot I'm not sure, I want to use one of my last teams Pokemon, either Toxicroak or Lucario.

i was into the card game majorly for a couple of yers but once they started addin in new pokemon I got fed up with them and quit. On the bright side I still have 3 foil charizards. I think one of thems a 1st edition.

well they made a card game for gbc ya know of the original series.

I beat my part and caught Dialga (with a master ball, hey I'm lazy) anyway I just got Mesprit from a trade (man, the person that I traded with out rip off, but he/she asked for it). I was thinking of added it to my team, but I have know idea who to kick off or if I shouldn't bother at all. Thanks for the help.

Im still playing Emerald because I dont have a DS yet. I finished Emerald though quite easily. I finished my Hoenn pokedex and i'm 8 off finishing my national dex.

Thats my team. But I dont always use Linoone, hes just there to pick up items. I would usally use my LV100 Charizard in his place.

Has anyone finished their Poke'dex?

Tch, it's impossible to finish the pokedex these days! You have to have Mew, Celebi, Lugia and Deoxys! All four of whom can't be gotten without an e-reader or something like that! But aside from them all I need are Magmar (soon to be gotten from my Leafgreen), Magby, Blissey, the 3 legendary dogs, Mewtwo, Ho-oh and Jirachi. The last two of whom I can't get because Ho-oh can only be gotten from Colloseum and Jirachi can only be gotten from the pre-order disk for Colloseum. The only other person I know that has ANY pokemon games is my bro, and neither of us has Colloseum. Oh, and that's right folks, I didn't even trade with my bro to get any of my pokemon, I bought and completed Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Firered and Leafgreen on my own. Anyway, I'm working on transfering them over to my diamond now. Fastest way to complete that pokedex. On diamond I've caught Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie, Heatran, Cresselia and Dialga. I'm working on Regigigas and Giratina. As soon as I can convince my bro to let me use his DS for a bit then I can transfer my Manaphy egg from ranger to my diamond and breed Manaphy to get Phione. Then it's just a matter of transfering the pokemon from emerald, because I will never get the event pokemon like Darkrai and Shaymin, because event pokemon only ever trade for other event pokemon. Oh, and I'll have to get my own pearl version so I can get the rest of the starters and a Palkia.


Between my bro and me, we have owned almost every pokemon game in existance. Red, blue, two copies of yellow, gold, silver, crystal, ruby, two copies of sapphire, emerald, firered, leafgreen, blue rescue team, diamond, pearl, ranger, snap, channel, pocket pikachu, pocket pikachu gs, pinball....aaanndd...I think that's it. Which leaves dash, trozei, stadium, stadium 2, XD, XD: gale of darkness, red rescue team, and pokemon box(store a ton of pokemon from ruby or sapphire on a GCN game). Can anyone think of a game I haven't listed? I think I got 'em all....

There was no Pokemon XD, only Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. Pokemon Colosseum was the game that XD was the sequel to.

I have a Jirachi, I got it from my friend from Colosseum. But I'm still chasing Mew, Celebi, Lugia, Ho-oh, Deoxys, Raikou, Entei and Suicune. I really sucks though Ill never be able to get them because they dont hold pokemon events in Australia to get them. :(

If ya get a gameshark or codebreaker you can get those pokemon.

I have a Jirachi, Ho-Oh, Lugia, and all the legendary trios (except for Azelf, who I traded for to get the Pokedex info, then traded back).

Ho-Oh, Raikou, Entei, AND Suicune you can get from Pokemon Colosseum.

Lugia you can get from XD: Gale of Darkness.

I still play! I've recently purchased Pokemon Pearl, the one with Palkia on the front, and I've been playing like crazy.
My team isn't very good yet, but I still love 'em all to bits.

In Emerald you only have to catch 368 pokemon, but i cant get around six because they were not release here in oz or because i dont have that game console to trade from. I still have to get the legendary dogs, sneasel and slowking. Thats all I can get on my game.

Nah, there are some we can't get thqt you neeed to actually complete your pokedex, but meh. We'll make do without them. I now only need Mew, the three legendary dogs (which i can get but I'm too lazy to), Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Blissey (on the way) and Magby (also on the way). So basically I'm at my limit. How did you get 376 Khatah? Gameshark?

Well I did the old fashion way, caught and traded. I own all of the 5 games Fire red, Leaf Green, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. I just caught them all and traded them to my emerald. But if I couldnt be bothered to because it was really rare to catch I would trade with my friend who has Colosseum. But the only ones I got off him were the three starters from the 2nd series, Jirachi and milotic. But ended up getting a totodile anyway after finishing my pokedex in emerald.
Now I only have 2 boxes that arent full out of the fourteen they give you. I have heaps of doubles, mainly Kyogre, Groundon, Mewtwo and Rayquaza because I keep restarting my other games. Good cheat way to get masterballs.
