I'm from TRS (the raven shrine, as in teen titans) and there they have roleplaying (RPG) fan fics, fan art, episode disscussion, POTD (picture of the day), graphics request, a poem area and links to like, every site ever for teen titans... I'm thinking we at least should have POTD... doesn't have to be everyday, just like once a week.... :P :D

Well.. POTD is kinda just some random pic of the day... it'd be under a forum called POTD, and each day would be a seperate thread. Like, 10/19/05 would have a pic of say beau striking a nice pose... and 10/20/05 may have parm doing something funny... sometimes, it could be a nice fan-art, and other days the POTD would be a screenshot... go to the raven shrine (the link is in my sig) and take a look around. They are a huge forum with like, everything. I go by mari there too... :D
and on holidays, we could do some sort of fan-fic contest, a fan-art contest and a poetry contest. The winer could get some sort of little greaphic saying like 2nd place, winter 05 contest... that sorta thing.

Something as graphics intense as POTD would be hell on dial-up users, but it's a nice idea. :)
Competitions held during holdiays would be rather difficult, as we have board members from so many diferent countries.

It might be worthwhile splitting the Fan Art/Fan Fiction forum we currently have in two. Might make it a little easier to browse for one or the other that way. Just my two cents.

LightningFlash is right, I don't know about the rest of you but I'm on a 56kb/s dialup. For me most pages take a minute or two to fully load.

Our dial up is a little faster, but the funny caption competition pages don't fully load for me. You must have quite a time of it, Ryshah!

:huh: oh... srry... well, that's just a thought. TRS (the raven shrine) has tons of POTDs, like one every other day.. Maybe, if the images take so long to load up, we should only have one or two images in our sig... :)

With a show as pretty as this, there're gonna be a ton of images, and I'm sure we all enjoy them, but . . . too much is definately enough.
