well, i'm not quite sure if this is the idea for this part of the forum but i'll give it a shot. i am going to be in quebec for a couple of days, the 5th through the 9th of July to be exact. i will not have any internet access so i will not be able to connect with the forum. i have a really bad feeling that this section isn't what i think it is for. besides, i don't think any of you guys will really miss me or care if i'm gone for a while. :(

*shrug* I share your impression of what the section's for. And, no, probably nobody would've noticed you gone for four days; it's not that long a time. But I do hope you have a great time in Quebec.

I got the impression that this sub-forum is for new members to introduce themselves and for people who have had their fill of DB to say goodbye. Since LightningFlash pinned the
Vacation Time thread I started over in the General section, I assume that one is supposed to be used to announce a temporary absence like this one. But have a nice trip anyway. :)

I went to Quebec for 5 days recently! It's a lot of fun! Enjoy yourself a lot! Where are you going to be going? Montreal, Quebec City, where exactly?

Oh, if you went to Ottawa, you'd have to get Beaver Tails there! :D They are so tasty! :wub: They have the best ever in the Byward Market. I love the place! :wub:
Go to the Old Quebec City. Me and a group of friends found a very cute restaurant. ^_^ Something like 'Little France'. :P It's behind a lot of buildings.

It's a good thing that you had fun! I mean, what fun is a trip if there is no fun? Did something really memorable. Let's just say, for me and my friends, what happens in Quebec, stays in Quebec.
