The basic schedule right now is:

Toon Disney - DB airs Mon & Fri at 9pm, and Sat & Sun at 10:30pm
ABC Family - DB airs Sat & Sun at 8:30am

New episodes air on ABC Family on Saturdays at 8:30am, with a re-run on Toon Disney Monday at 9pm.

Note though that the times shift if you're on satellite and not on the east coast. But your friend is in Pennsylvania, so these times should work regardless.
