I havn't seen or heard anything in the way of saving DB for a while. has anything progressed in the past few weeks or are we still where we were a month ago? :unsure:

Honestly....sad to say but I have'nt watched D.B. sense December because before all summer and all after the Drackus part 1 and 2 then after this new kick and sense it ended in December.... I have'nt watched any... I thought whats the point I mean I have watched them all! :D :D Buy hey that's me don't let me get in your guys way! ^_^ ^_^

There's no new news on more episodes yet. We should keep sending letters to the networks in the meantime.

does anyone know of or personally know anyone on the "inside" that could tell us anything for sure (ex. the Magna Draconis)?

I'm confident The Magna Draconis will send me an email moments after a contract is signed for more episodes. Obviously, I'll post here and on dragon-city.org the moment I know anything. Until then, we'll just have to keep writing letters to the networks, asking our friends and family to sign the petition and hope. :) I know The Story Hat is still actively trying to get Dragon Booster Academy made, so I'm not giving up until they give up.

The petition has 4940 signatures, last time I checked which was a minute ago. :P It's gonna break 5000 pretty soon. How many do you think we'd need to impress the tv station dudes?

It's really hard to say, especially since it depends on the network. A huge network like Jetix (Toon Disney in the US) or Nickelodeon measures viewers by the millions. Plus there are lots of variables involved. For example, one thing I heard implied The Story Hat was trying to bundle Dragon Booster Academy with another new show and sell it as a package to one or more networks. So it's really hard to tell what it will take to tip the balance when the deals get complex.

Personally, I think having 10,000 signatures on the petition would be impressive. I'm still holding out hope that something could happen, especially since the petition gets new signatures every day.

I've sent numerous letters to the networks and I hope others are doing the same. The more letters they get, the better.

I think 5000 signitures would be enough. If I was a TV show maker or something like that, I would be very impressed.

Gah! I still haven't sent my letter yet!! I'm still working on writing a nice, long, debate-style argument list as to why we NEED Dragon Booster Academy. Well, hopefully the petition will have to stand for SOMETHING,,,, :unsure: <_<

It's better to send letters sooner rather than later. Send a short letter now and send your highly refined and crafted letter later. More is better. If they don't see letters coming in, they'll assume no one is interested in the show.
