Can Screen-shot Art be done using only microsoft paint. coz i don't have photoshop or any fancy image manipulating software. so can i use only paint to make screen shot art?

Yes That's what me Blue Booster and Shearkin have been useing Paint
You can do it on Photo but it's not easy :D

I find Flash easy to use on screenshots too, very easy once you get to know the basics, just draw a line, and bend it, then modify or delete it if you dont like it, really easy, you dont even need to know how to animate in it!

i use photoshop elements and it is really hard to do them.(as you can see)
i am soon going to get photoshop which i hope will improve my sceenies(Starlyn wines)

Gimp is free and provides a lot of the basic tools you need. It's much more powerful than Paint and just takes a little dedication to read the manual and learn how to use it. The link to get it is in the fan art section on dragon-city.org.
