In 'Opposing Force', Parm talks about the size of a wraith dragon, and says it is "20 metres [long]"
However, if DB humans are the same height as us, then this is obviously wrong, as the dragons are not twenty metres long, excluding the giant dragons. At most, they would be about four to six metres long, comparing their size to average human size.
This leaves us with two theories.
1) Parm was wrong.
2) DB humans are eight metres tall.
I'm inclined to believe 1.
*nod* Yeah, I'm inclined to believe that about the 75-100 Crew-sizes too. We never see more than about four people from the same Crew at once on screen, the Marathon (with only four racers) was the largest number of teammates we've seen racing at a time, and as rookie!Artha got to compete in the same races as best!racer!evar!Kitt it doesn't seem like there are *that* many competitions available. Faiar got upset enough to employ lethal force when just the Crew-leaders turned up on his doorstep, as though the entire thousand or so Crew-members *couldn't* have made him a problem requiring nukes. Maybe it's more like 20-40 people per Crew, or else there's some secondary membership scheme we haven't heard anything about on screen (have a day job but *call* yourself part of a Crew even though you don't race or anything).

Or this:
3) Continuity error between script and final animation. :)
Maybe when the script was written they were planning on using a dragon like Abandonn, who looks like he could be roughly 20 meters long, but then they changed their minds later after the dialog had been recorded. The original script may have called for a giant dragon and then they realized that a huge dragon like Abandonn wouldn't fit in the jousting arena and decided to scale it back but didn't change Parm's dialog either because of an oversight or because the dialog was already recorded and they didn't want to bother changing it. They probably figured no one would notice, but they apparently didn't know fans like us exist. :D
Parm also says the dragon weighs 10 tons at least, but the one they show doesn't look like it could be that heavy. Parm further describes the wraith as "massive" but it just looks like an average dragon to me. This all makes me tend to think they originally planned to use a bigger dragon but changed their minds during production.
