Title: Gear Levels
Description: How high can they go?

How high do the gear levels go? The highest I've seen in Dragon Booster is when Word brings out level 6 blue dragon star gear in Rules of Power. I mean, what do the elite racers race with? Level 20? 40? I dread to think of what a level 25 red thruster gear will do... :P

I don't really think that gear levels go as high as 25 which i agree would be cool,
but i think I remember vociferous say he has a level 8 red thrust gear for artha and they were new, when he is trying to get artha's dragon. In the episode Artha the Drac.

I think maybe ten, since that's a nice round number. Or maybe 12 or 13 for the number of colors of Draconium. (or am I getting confused? damn hate being sick)
Also I think that the jumps in power might be a bell curve.
That is to say the diffrence between level one and level two gear is small, and so is the diffrence between nine and ten, but the diffrence between five and six is much bigger.
Or it might get exponentially more the higher you go. That is a big diffrence between one and two and one and three, but a bigger diffrence between Two and three and two and four.
Or the inverse where one to two and one to three is a big diffrence where two to three and two to four is smaller.

The highest i have seen so far is a level 10 thruster gear, if there is going to be any higher levels of gear it is going to be used by the elite class.

The highest gear level in the trading card game is Level 6 for what it's worth. Not sure how high the gear levels are meant to go otherwise.

Maybe the highest gear level is OVER NINE THOUSAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*is hit*
It would be better if they made the gear levels more clear.

I really hope that the gear system is in no way analogous to DBZ. They would just pick random numbers that got progressively more rediculous as the season went on. 9000 was a big deal and then all of a sudden they're like "I'll have to go Super-Sayan to get my power to two million!" I really hope that there is an end to this scale so that the bad guys can't pull crap like bringing out level 221.141 level gear from nowhere and owning everyone. I think the most likely scenario would be a incrimental linear or logarithmic increase in power and efficiency as the gear rises in level. And it would end up being like the Richter Scale, there's no set numerical limit, but after a certain point, the power level goes beyond the realm of physical possibility.

What eppisode was that? I was under the impression that the levels were 1-9 9 having the purest draconium inside the gear. One having the lowest qualityid draconium. How ebver it appears that the higher the level the heavier the gear is. example is when Parm gets the level 9 Green Ramming Gear for Artha and Beau get tired out really fast because its too heavy. I belive that elite Class gear has its own level system rating of 1-9 because in the Mechanist Mortis says that the main difference between Elite Class gear and Street Racing Gear was the grey draconium contained. He says that just after Artha tell him about Rivit giving him the Grey Assist Pod. Once again though I would like to see where you saw the level 10 Red Thrusters.

i would say 10. but they may get some new gear for the elite class that would raise the lvl. i think.
