What exactly is the thing where it says elite class and all that stuff?

It changes according to the number of posts you've made. Elite Class is 500 and up.

If I remember,
Lowest level: 0-99
Second Lowest: 100-199
Second highest: 200-499
Highest: 500+
I think that's how it is.
