Title: Pyyrah:Good Or Evil
Description: what do you think?
Kereea - November 27, 2006 11:16 PM (GMT)
You can make up to 2 choices. I decided on this after seeing how many others have issues with Pyyrah on the least favorite crew poll.
Liliwen - November 27, 2006 11:29 PM (GMT)
I voted for, she's all right and she's not as noble as some think she is. She ain't totally good and she ain't totally bad. I predict she'll be on the bad side until near the end when she and the other wildcard crews join with the DB when he gives a great speech about equality and then they go out and defeat evil. ^_^
Miss Mahina - November 27, 2006 11:54 PM (GMT)
I had to vote worst on the streets. I've never seen another character whose personality did such a 360. Well, maybe Wulph's crew. They're also kind of on-again off-again. It's not that I have anything against Pyyrah really, I'm just irked that the writers let her character slip so out of control simply because they needed a villan. There are so many different crews. Why didn't they just use one that they hadn't already introduced as a good guy?
Kereea - November 30, 2006 12:24 AM (GMT)
True Miss Mahina, but the Army of the Dragon are known for switching sides. The dragon Flares, and Pyyrah especially, are supposed to be honerable racers and people. Which they frequently prove that they are not.
Salazaar - November 30, 2006 02:16 AM (GMT)
I didn't like her in "fanning the flames"
She really annoyed me there.
And she's always like switching between happy and nice to evil, overconfident, and just a plain nuicense. I don't like her very much,............but her Dragon's awsome!

Yeah, really. Though I don't think I can recall Pyrrah ever cheating during an actual race ("Into the Fire" when she was being controlled by Word doesn't count). She seems to be honorable during a race, but not so much before or after when she becomes opportunistic. :) Or maybe she's just bipolar... ;)

Definitely! Phorrj looks great. I think his pattern looks majestic. Plus he's one of the best dragons to run if you play the trading card game. :D Too bad we never get to see any of his personality.
BlueBooster - November 30, 2006 10:21 AM (GMT)
I liked her when she was nice with artha at the beggining of into the fire helping him get back on his saddle but i too hated her on fanning the flames and the mechanist she was really mean.
Armeggadon - November 30, 2006 10:24 PM (GMT)
She belongs in jail cause whaqt she does in fannig the flames is e-v-i-l.

You mean manipulating Kitt into getting the bonemark for her or what she does afterwards?
I don't particularly want to defend Pyrrah, but I think she honestly didn't know what the bonemark could do. All she knew was that Word wanted it pretty badly and it therefore must be valuable. I don't think she's responsible for her actions after the bonemark started affecting her. She's clearly guilty of manipulation, greed and the associated self interest though, which clearly won't help her reputation any. ;)

Pyrrah reminds me of a character from the book "The Outsiders." Dallas 'Dally' Winston, he was a crude man but during a race he raced most honorably. He would do some unsightly things, but for some reason he nerver cheated during a race. Maybe in this way Pyrrah is honorable, but outside the track, she is different.

Ya, she could be bipolar.
Katana - December 1, 2006 05:26 PM (GMT)
I like Phyrra. She is not really bat, I think, she only is very decided, well she need some help for take the bonemark ( the same bonemark who other gangs wishes too). And Kitt was the better option, yes she was really manipulative, but she doesn't try to put kitt in a real danger.
And about her actions whit the furox bonemark , she wasn´t responsible, like beau, or Phorrj.
I_Am_Chute - December 2, 2006 06:34 PM (GMT)
She did so put Kitt in real danger that track shot things at them!
Kereea - December 2, 2006 07:05 PM (GMT)
Sorry Katana, but Chute is right. And it's Pyyrah, they're not gangs they're crews, and also she knew the temple was dangerous, which is why she didn't go herself.
Salazaar - December 2, 2006 07:51 PM (GMT)
I agree.
She manipulated Kitt by reminding her What Artha did and she Knew the Track was Dangerous. She knew Kitt would be angery, and therfore easily subdued....
I stand by what I said before, although I don't completely blame her for the whole Furox incident........(I just don't quite see why she didn't just give it too Moodryd when he asked her for it,........although I don't think I would've given it to him, cuz he asked for it like he did all the work and It was his prize,....also I don't think I would've gone after it in the begining,...let alone out someone else in danger to get it for me.............hmmmm :plot: )
Draconium - December 3, 2006 08:13 PM (GMT)
I think she is alright she seemed nice in the episode fanning the flames and awarded Artha the red thruster gear, but maybe she did it because artha saved her brother and they said her crew were supposed to be the cleanest racers on the street , but i remembered when she turned on dragon booster in cain's mutiny but she then changed back at the end so i am going for 50/50.
IbanezJFS - December 10, 2006 11:11 PM (GMT)
I think Pyrrah is Anorexic. Have you seen her lately??? I mean, in the video game it sez she weighs only 80 Pounds. She need to get some meat on her bones.
koering - December 17, 2006 10:47 PM (GMT)
I think she is kind of in the middle she can be swayed to either side. kind of like the army of the dragon i guess.

Yeah, that makes sense...
Although Wulph said that the Army of the dragon used to follow the strongest, or something like that, and then they decided to think for themselves...
What's the dragon flares excuse,....or reason.........or whatever you want to call it..
koering - December 17, 2006 11:05 PM (GMT)
hmm....*pondering*....... nope can't think of anything
