I know he is the leader of one of the crews, but on Dragon Legends it is also a piece of gear. I was just wondering what is was?

Khatah appears to come from the word kata which refers to moves in the martial arts. In the DB trading card game, the Blue Khatah Gear boosts the strength of your weaker maneuvers. In particular, it's effect is "Your maneuvers that cost 1 gain +2 sprint." It's a handy piece of gear for certain strategies in the game.
